Conte's Bike Shop

My son was out riding his bike and had a punctured tire. He walked it to Conte’s Bike Shop and they took care of him. I’m very grateful our local bike shop takes care of the kids in our community.

Michael and Phil were so kind, knowledgable, and welcoming! Upon visiting I received exceptional 1:1 assistance as I picked out a bike for both my daughter and I (on separate dates). I must add that our bikes were the cutest and perfect for us. I highly recommend Conte’s Bike Shop to anyone looking for a great bike accompanied by a great experience.

We recently brought our bikes to Conte’s Bike Shop after they’d been sitting in the garage for a few years. We assumed we’d need new tires or at least new inner tubes, but it turned out all the bikes needed was some air. The staff could have easily charged us for new tires, but instead they just filled them up and didn’t charge us anything! Super honest and very nice guys. We really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. Highly recommend this shop!

I purchased two bikes for my kids a few years ago, prior to the Cary location becoming Conte's. Recently, I brought both bikes in for inspection, and to size one up for my youngest. I could not have been more pleased with level of service I received. Two employees helped me, and both were top notch. They gave me a recommendation on which bike to use for my youngest, while inspecting both bikes for service. It turns out that the bike we were going to use needed minimal service (most places would have suggested more service than needed, and charged for it). The team at Conte's made the necessary adjustments, and refused to take payment for these adjustments. I would highly recommend this shop for purchase and any repairs (their honesty was refreshing!)

Friendly staff, quality service, reasonable prices. They did a great job when I needed to get my e-bike repaired and the brakes adjusted. Highly recommend.

Great service knowledgeable staff. Never trying to upsell you or sell you on something you don’t need. The type of business that builds clients as opposed to fleecing customers. 10 outta 10

I feel incredibly fortunate and grateful to have discovered this shop during my mountain biking journey. The entire staff has consistently gone above and beyond—patiently answering all my questions, offering valuable advice on repairs and upgrades, and completing work promptly and cost-effectively. Every team member is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Without a doubt, this is the best shop in the area!!
