Thank you to the two sales professionals that have assisted me numerous times at the Cary store, Lydia and Natalie! When I bought my ring, Lydia took her time to really focus on my husband and I. She gave us excellent service and explained a great deal about the rings, the different cuts, clarity, color and weight. She is a consummate professional in every way. I love my purchase. Natalie, too, has been amazing. My band lost a stone and she assisted with the replacement as well as helped in coming up with the perfect solution to balancing my band and engagement ring. Both ladies are knowledgeable and honest and they made us feel we were the only customers in the store when it was our turn. The repair shop is also phenomenal. It’s a win, win, win at this location.

From the phone conversation before I even got to the store to my entire experience Natalie was incredible kind and a joy to work with. I told her my vision and she definitely helped me bring it to life! She gave me options and was honest when I asked her opinion too. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, Lydia is truly one of a kind! From the start, she was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful. After 13 years, we decided it was time for an upgrade. Natalie, the GM of this location assisted us through the whole process and was so helpful, personable and professional. She even gave me a hug after it was all said and done. We love Jared and Natalie is the diamond on top!

Amazing First Experience Thanks to Maggie Maye! I had never been to Jared before, but my first visit to the Cary Town Center location was exceptional—all thanks to Maggie Maye! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and such a pleasant spirit. I asked if they cleaned rings and how much it would cost, and without hesitation, she said, "No, I’ll clean it for you free of charge." That simple act of kindness really stood out to me. When she brought my ring back, it looked absolutely stunning—like it was brand new again! While I was there, I also asked about getting a few links taken out of my watch band. Although Jared wasn’t able to service that particular style, Maggie didn’t just leave it there—she went a step further and recommended a place in Crabtree Mall that could help. That level of helpfulness is rare and truly appreciated. I’ll definitely be back soon, especially as I start looking for a new wedding band for my husband, who recently lost his. Maggie Maye’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made my first experience at Jared one to remember. Thank you, Maggie, for adding sparkle to both my ring and my day!

The gentleman who helped us was very kind and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Unfortunately our shopping was cut short because my fiancé overheard the two women at the counter talking about us and laughing. All I will say is if you’re going to speak poorly about your customers, learn to whisper better and be less obvious when you turn to stare.

I went to visit the Cary Towne Center Jared Jewelers store a day before Valentine’s. I had no idea what I was going to buy my wife because she’s not easy to shop for. I had a limit of how much money I’d planned to spin but it wasn’t really giving me any good options. Natalie O’Neal, General Manager of the store, swooped in and saved Valentine’s Day!! Natalie was able to provide me with resources for loan companies and I was approved. We had another hiccup with technical issues and being able to accept my payment. Natalie helped me through a three hour process of brainstorming why exactly this was happening. And BAM! Just like that! Natalie was able to figure out the problem before the agency representative. So I’m giving a BIG SHOT OUT TO Natalie O’Neal, General Manager at Jared located at Cary Towne Center in Cary NC. If you’re ever in that area, I highly suggest you ask for her assistance. You cannot go wrong!!!!!
