This location isn't even showing up on the store locator for NAPA which is weird and inconvenient, especially when you want to use a coupon. I recently bought a new car battery from here, and the badge-less employee acted like it was a major inconvenience. He never offered or asked if I needed it installed or anything. Luckily, my car was barely able to start and I just swapped it at home. Upon returning the battery for the $18 credit (which was also not mentioned up in purchase) the next employee took my original invoice, printed out one showing the credit refund amount and didn't return the original, so now I lack the original sales receipt. Gee thanks! I chose to go here instead of closer competitors as I had good service previously. But I guess every streak is made to be broken.

Limited hours and they close early I guess we all know where postal workers get a second job in retirement.

Can't say enough about your Gent, Scott. Took my call, clearly advised me on my options, and delivered my needed product in less time than it took my coffee to get cold. Oh yeah, then he installed it. Total turnaround time from initial call to being back up an running was less than an hour. Outstanding.

The manager Scott made the process of buying and replacing my car battery very simple, and somehow downright pleasant. I recommend this location.
