Shavon represents yoour company so well! 🙂 We walked out of the store and my daughter said we should leave her a review and I agree! What awesome energy :-). On a Monday morning before 10:00 a.m. no less!! She greeted us when we came in. She answered questions during the men's shopping trips and then checking out with her..... She was just so full of personable helpful energy. She was efficient. She makes better conversation in the short time she's helping the most cashiers. We just loved her 🙂 I love walking out of the store smiling. That's usually what gets me to stop and leave a review!

Having a bad experience is usually a one off experience, yet every visit to this store has been less than acceptable. Last night, 10/21 around 7:30 pm I entered the store to pick up my online order. I stood at the counter marked online pick ups. While standing there, I observed a female employee pushing a machine on the carpet that resembled a carpet cleaner or vacuum and another male employee at the register assisting another customer. When no one acknowledged me with a "Hi ma'am, hello, I'll be right with you" after several minutes, I walked over to the register where the gentleman was. He never said hello or acknowledged me even at that point. Instead he speaks to the other employee pushing the machine and says "I guess online pick up at which point the female employee pushed the machine a couple more times and then finally stopped walked over to me and asked if I was picking up. I told her I was and gave her my name. Once I had my order, I asked who the store manager was and told them "this is the worst service- every single time I come in here." As a customer to spend my hard earned money in a store where I am not even acknowledged is absurd and rude. If I can help it, I will never be back in this store and Ryan, who she said the store manager was, needs to provide additional training to these employees in customer service and first impressions training. These two seasoned adults having the audacity to be as dismissive as they were really showed me me or my dollars are not welcomed in this store.

Chelsea was beyond amazing! She was personable, kind and quick. She helped ensure I had exactly what I needed to make sure my business went on smoothly. Will definitely make this location my base Staples location all thanks to her!

Chelsea is THE master printer I choose to make my Prismacolor drawings, collages, and oil paintings work as prints. The quality of the service at this store leaves a lot to be desired. In the last year, I have twice experienced employees standing around chatting while I’ve tried to understand where I need to be to handle specific items. Don’t expect someone to offer to help you.

One of the printing people named Eric was SO NICE. I probably spam called the store like 183947 times and everytime he answered he was always so understanding and printed my order exactly as I requested. I had to reprint it like 23984792374 times and he never once got annoyed or angry at me, even though if I were in his position, I would have screamed at me for how many times I ordered the same thing. I also made complicated requests when it came to cutting the paper, and he always fullfilled them. I really needed this order to be perfected for an extremely important extracurricular project, and thanks to him, I managed to do that. If I get into my dream college, it'll be because of him. I don't know how Staples employees are so nice. If I was in their position and had to deal with customers like myself everyday, I would actually become depressed. I don't think I've ever met anyone in customer service who was genuinely as nice and helpful as eric
