I had to return a faulty smoke alarm today that was 2 yrs. old. The front desk assistant Stephen was wonderful. He listened, explained normal return policy but also helped me with a newer better unit for my needs and credited the older paid amount to the new unit! I was so pleased and realize I ALWAYS go to Home Depot first because they take care of me first! Thanks to all the great staff.

Negative Review: My experience with the Home Depot in Cary, NC regarding a recent blinds order has been nothing short of a disaster. Two months ago, I placed an order for blinds, including installation, and paid in full. What followed has been a frustrating ordeal of errors and incredibly poor customer service. To start, the blinds arrived in the incorrect size, which meant our family had to endure an even longer wait for a replacement order. This initial mistake already set a negative tone, but the subsequent interactions with store representative Marie have made the situation far worse. Marie has been extremely difficult to deal with throughout this entire process. Her rudeness on the phone when I attempted to coordinate a new installation date was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. It's truly disappointing to encounter such an unhelpful and dismissive attitude when you're already dealing with a significant inconvenience caused by the store. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I sincerely hope this review raises serious alarms within Home Depot. We are still waiting for an installer to contact us promptly to rectify this ongoing issue. We paid for a product and service that we have yet to fully receive, and the lack of accountability and respectful communication has been appalling.

I was there this morning for the remote controll issue on my Bali motorized window shades. The lady Marie was very nice and helpful. The windows shades was ordered online but she called and connected me to the manufacturer for the replacement of the remote. Really awesome services!

My go to for decent quality wood and all my Ridgid tools. Love the lifetime warranty program for the Home Depot Ridgid tool purchases, definitely something that they stand behind and I appreciate as things like batteries start diminishing in their efficacy. Not sure there’s many more Ridgid tools on my wish list at this point, more like a nice Ridgid tool storage system… oh, and curbside pickup is the best of the home stores, great app, quick picks, and fast service once you arrive.

Review for the Cutting Center. I asked a 8x4 plywood to be cut in half as precisely as possible. The person did the setup quickly and cut it. I compared two halves and they were different about 1/4 inch. And the person said "what do you want, this is not a table saw, this is a cutting saw". Though I clearly saw in the beginning that it was possible to do the more precise setup.

Purchasing an appliance at Home Depot in Cary, NC has been a nightmare. The Home Depot staff locally and nationally have not delivered on their promises or provided even basic Customer Service. Home Depot has cancelled two deliveries, on the 3rd attempt delivered a broken washing machine that flooded the laundry room and caused water damage to my first floor ceiling. Now I get to spend a great deal of time with an insurance claim with their insurer. I've already been forced to provide their insurer with the same information in two different formats. Given all I've been through (I live 45 min from this rental property), I simply asked for just a little help with getting an exact time for a replacement delivery and all I get is excuses as to why the third party hauler won't do that despite the fact they work for a large company like Home Depot. I have a time window, but they haven't provided me with a truck tracker this time so I have to sit around and wait there and have no ability to see if there are delays, etc. The result of my fourth attempted delivery: a damaged washing machine! (Pictures Below). Looks like we'll be starting over again. We've had discussions with the Cary, NC acting store manager the Assistant Store Manager, many people at their 800 number, and lastly the Resolutions department.
