I stopped by to get Sherwin Williams paint for a small room in my house. Anita helped me choose the correct base and I confirmed that I only needed one gallon. After she mixed it, I realized I probably needed to get two. After checking inventory, she shared that they didn't have any stock left of the base I needed. At this point, she confirms inventory at another store and advises it won't take long. She drives to the Kildaire Farm T&C to pick up a can of paint for me while I waited in the store. She mixed up the color when she returned. When I thanked her for going out of her way, she smiled and assured me that was her job. Thanks Anita - true customer service!

Super rude female manager. Just needed paint mixed and by her attitude you’d think I asked her to do something beyond her job description. When she was done she didn’t bother to let me know (I was nearby). I certainly didn’t feel like a paying customer. I’ll take my $99 elsewhere next time. Gave a 1 star since at least the young man checking me out was nice:)

I don't give bad reviews, my average is 4.5 stars. This review is only for the guys running the help area in the back. Rude. Just rude. To more than one customer based on the end of the conversation we heard as we got in line. Took window screens in for repair including reattaching the clips. The guy taking the order cut my husband off more than once. All he was interested in was name and phone number not what we wanted done. It was the abruptness of the comments. I have no issue that they don't make screens and that they don't reattach the clips but good grief be polite when conveying that. And if you don't reattach clips don't accept them from us to just lose them so that we have to buy new ones. Shame on us for opting to have the work done. Should have left and taken our business elsewhere. 2 stars only because the repairs that were done was decent work. The lady running the check out was super nice. Store clean and well stocked. Just don't get help from the back of store crew.

Don't care about your business....Last time I came in their paint mixer was broken. Decided to try it again. Today I went in for a $400 pole trimmer...The boys did not even ask to help me while the Manager sat in the back. Meanwhile, I took my business to another Skil seller. Now you know why the automatic door is broken...They Be Broke...

I struggled getting out with four tomato curly stakes and was fumbling bc they make noise and the blind lady and the young kid just walked off and lended no assistance. None. Not even don’t need help? The blind lady even overheard her say something to the effect of "bc I feel nice today." Not that nice. I swear! It’s Father’s Day. But any day! Be present at your job . Especially today. I want to leave my cert sitting next to my car but I’m deciding not to hit to go out it back to be freakin helpful. One less thing for them to do who has no customers. It’s just a disgrace to call that your NEIGHBORHOOD store! Youve lost a customer.

This is a fantastic out of the way Mom and Pop style shop. Everyone's very friendly and addresses you directly. It has just about everything you need and because it's not a Lowe's or home Depot they'll help you with what you need pretty quickly. Unfortunately some of the staff seems new and service can be a little bit slow. Especially at the front counter But they're organization and friendliness will when you over for sure.
