Trek Bicycle Cary

"Best birthday ever"! Our son was so excited to get his first Trek! This was our family’s third Trek. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get my son the bike of his dreams when we thought it was impossible. They have customers for life with us!

I went to the Trek bike store on Wednesday evening 10/22/25 to figure out which size mountain bike would work best for my 11 yr. old son. Courtney assisted us and spoke directly to my son throughout our visit. She let my son test ride the bike and explained everything thoroughly as he has only had a BMX style in the past and was stepping up to a considerably larger bike. He was very excited and Courtney was confident that the size she tried him out on was the correct size, I was relieved that we could go up in size rather than down so that he would get more years of use out of the larger size frame. I have not picked the bike up yet as it needs to be built. My review is strictly on the experience I had at this shop and with the FANTASTIC customer service Courtney provided! Thank you Trek of Cary and to Courtney for treating my son great and a great buying experience!

Trek is one of the best quality bikes out there. I have been riding my SuperFly problem free since 2013 and recently got my son a Marlin. He loves it, and I do to. The staff at the stores are friendly knowledgeable and ready to assist in any way they can to get you on the bike you want. I don't think I will ever buy another bike besides Trek. Thanks guys.

All the technicians are phenomenal! Lea and Tony went above and beyond to get compatible parts for my 15 year old Lemond. Courtney installed my Kuat bike rack and gave me an inservice on all the features and how to use them. Jeremy and Brent assisted me with other products and services. Awesome experience @

An incredibly well set, stocked, and staffed store. I brought my 30 year old Singletrack in for its first tune-up in a decade and the team here treated it and myself so well. Earnest conversation about biking, about my bike in particular, clear explanations for every question I posed, and a genuine enjoyment to see someone getting back into biking. I'm sending every person I can to this store, I know they'll be in good hands.

We visited the Trek store in Cary, NC for a first-time bike sizing for my daughter, and Courtney made the experience exceptional. From the moment we walked in, she treated us with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Courtney explained how geared bikes work in a way that really clicked with my daughter. She took the time to answer all our questions and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident during the sizing and test ride. I have a 20-25 year old Trek bike. It has been solid and reliable with only 2 tuneups needed. This time I needed much more. Parts on my seat post failed, chain needed replacement and several other more extensive things that you would expect to wear out after such a long time. This store took care of all of that quickly, and with high quality parts and workmanship. It’s like a new bike! They even replaced my rear rim with a port from their good used parts collection to keep my costs down. I cannot thank or endorse them enough. I have been and will continue to be a loyal customer.
