great experience. Tyler in the office was friendly and professional, made it easy to rent a unit. The facility was always clean and well secured, and hour of access from 6AM to 10PM were convenient. When our home sale closed and it was time to move out, it was an easy discussion without a lot of sales pressure to stay like I've experienced elsewhere.

If you are looking for a storage with a genuine nice, kind staff, that knows what they are doing! I would highly recommend Prime Storage on E Smokey Hill Rd. Tyler, is a great representative of the company. Tyler, is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Tyler helped me with a couple of situations, that could have been extremely stressful because of my lack of knowledge. Micheal thank you so much for all your help as well. When entering into the door, it was nothing but warm welcome vibes. Best self storage experience ever. All drive-up units, easy access units. Great for moving heavy containers (think kitchen items like cookware, glassware, or dishes) and certainly furniture. Staff is great, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is well maintained and very clean and the location is right across from Starbucks! A "must" for an all day moving event.

Tyler at Prime Storage is absolutely amazing to work with! I had multiple issues including a lock that needed to be cut off and he got it all handled so quickly and professionally, while being incredibly polite and friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Stay away from prime storage unless you want a river flowing through your unit. We haven’t had moisture in weeks and from the pictures below you can see how water damaged everything is in our unit. Half the things that were in cardboard boxes had to be thrown out due to mold. After advising management, They were acting surprised. I can clearly see this unit has had water damage for years with a discoloration marks, going up the walls Their typical response was "we’ll just go ahead and file a claim with your insurance company " when they fully knew that this unit was consistently having drainage issues. It’s not the insurance companies’s fault for your poor maintenance/drainage. I’m quite certain they are just going to put a new tenant right back in this same unit again.

Ray & Reece were warm and welcoming and made us feel like we found the best location, haven't had customer service this friendly and positive in a very long time! Best part we were not rushed, recieved a friendly follow up reminder via voice-mail and was able to come in today to finish up and get our unit! Ray went above and beyond to be considerate to what exactly we needed and found us a space even better than we expected for an even better price than who we compared with. 10 star service get your unit before winter they've got great deals and a great set up. The drive up units are extremely hard to find at such an affordable price, excellent location with a beautiful view!

This storage location is the best place in town if want to take your kids to the dentist, the pets to vet, and go to chipotle all while you load up your unit. Highly recommend it. Thank you Optimus Prime storage. You’re reinventing the wheel of storage so that everyday is an adventure.
