Adrian helped me with replacing a battery—was so kind, helped me to select a battery with a warranty that had the best bang for my buck. He then graciously put the battery in my car for me on a day where the high is an estimated 112.

As a mobile mechanic, I try to avoid AutoZone like the plague. Their parts are absolute junk and the service is not far behind. Came in yesterday to purchase an AC condenser because, they were the only auto parts store in the valley with one in stock. Come to installing it today and the condenser would not seal, not AutoZone's fault of course. What is AutoZone's fault, is the fact that I ordered the new condenser into that store at noon and was told that it would be there at 3:00 p.m. today. I arrived at the store at 3:30 and was told that the driver had not been there yet and they could show up anywhere in the next hour and a half. How do you run a business when your drivers with parts just show up whenever the hell they feel like it? This is 100% why I shop at O'Reilly's unless I cannot find a part. I have never had an issue with the driver just showing up hours after they're supposed to be there. I was considering opening an account with AutoZone but will absolutely not be now, with the absolute lack of service that I have experience. I don't have hours to wait on parts because AutoZone drivers are incompetent.

This was the best experience I have ever had with Autozone! Jessie H. was super attentive and listened to all of my concerns. After hearing me out he was able to assist me and get me the correct products. This has not been my experience the past. Super grateful for him making at least one thing easy for me today!

Bought a part online. It didn’t work at all. Returned to the store and they acted like they couldn’t credit me the difference towards the new purchase I was about to make. Instead I had to wait until it’s refunded online. Refund didnt even include the taxes from the original purchase.
