Carefree Covered RV Storage - Chandler I-10

From my very first call to inquire about storage pricing and amenities, Yvonne was exceptionally polite and professional. She provided all the information I needed and even reserved a lot for me for the following day, just as I requested. When I arrived at the office, Yvonne greeted me with a warm smile, immediately recognized me from our call, and even remembered my name. She gave me a tour of the property and showed me the available lots. Since I wasn’t sure which size would best fit our needs, she and Daniel took the time to help me find the perfect one. Daniel drove me out to view the lot so I could make sure it was the right fit before finalizing. He was very kind and patient while I called my husband to discuss and share pictures. Once we returned to the office, he went over the rental agreement thoroughly and made the process simple and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from both Yvonne and Daniel. They made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend—10/10 for customer service, location, price, and amenities!

What a great company. I rented at the Apache Junction location last year and this winter they had space closer to the house for me. Just got settled after the summer travel. Fabulous staff got me checked in so I could wash the trailer, get her parked and tucked in for the winter. Awesome covered spots, electricity at every spot to keep my battery charged up, dump station and wash bays. Thank you for being a great place for the RV….

Great experience before over the phone with Drew and in person when I went to the facility and met him. Unlike other facilities I have used for storage of vehicles and RV’s, Drew unhurriedly gave me a tour of the facility. It’s a huge place, very secure with cameras, outlets at each parking spot for low voltage trickle charger etc. There is a a free self wash car/ RV wash bays, free ice and allow third party vendors access to repair the vehicles. Very impressive set up with a courteous staff.

Daniel was extremely helpful today. He came out in the golf cart to give us a ride to the office but ended up leading us to our spot. He then spotted for us as I backed in definitely saving some marital stress. He's a good dude with a good attitude. They also have complementary ice, water and snacks available. Propane for sale.

We are totally new to Camping and having a trailer and just needed short term storage for it until we figured out where we would keep it. We really enjoyed our first encounters learning about everything that is offered on site and Drew was excellent so we signed up with him. Later we got in a bind and Drew really helped us out by filling up some propane tanks so that we didn’t have to make two trips. He seriously saved the day for us and he is definitely an asset for your company. Thank you so much, Drew! We will likely stay with carefree RV storage for as long as we have a trailer.

Carefree Covered RV Storage is top notch in my eyes. They treat you like family coming in the door, They give you the Grand Tour of the facility and show all you get for your money. Free RV wash. Dump stations. Grab some free bags of ice on your way out on your adventure. Covered parking is a plus in Arizona . Again the staff was amazing. They made it fun renting an RV Storage site.. Couldn’t have been happier..
