Dollar Self Storage

I rented a 12'x40' outdoor storage unit for 2 months. It was easy access with long hours of operation. Very safe and secure. The staff members were very courteous, professional and eager to help. Most public storage places have very rude and unprofessional staff but not this public storage facility. I highly recommend!

The unit was always clean and secure, easily accessible. The agents I worked with were always helpful, friendly and low key. This was my second time using this location and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Amazing working with Susan and the crew at this location! Did such a great job - got moved in within 2 hours of my initial phone call. Had all the info I needed via phone and then when I arrived got us signed up in no time at all! Thx to all!!

This place is AMAZING! Staff is wonderful and she worked with me so well. I chose this place for the 12 ft wide storage units. And I got stellar customer service which was a bonus!! Highly recommend!

I know a small business owner who rents here and speaks highly of the indoor, climate controlled units. The property is gated with 24/7 surveillance, and having a clean bathroom on-site is a huge plus. Staff here are normally on site which is plus just keeping eye on traffic, grounds, etc. Flat bed storage carts on site Bathroom Active Staff, positive attitude Lit up inside and out day/night Surveillance/ Gated Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable storage!

Sometimes storage is a necessity that a person or family needs for short or long term, whether moving, relocating, or just the extra space needed. I have used several storage providers over the years personally and also serviced them during Commercial Property Inspections. I can say that Dollar Self Storage facilities are some of the nicest in the Phoenix, AZ. metro area, the facilities are clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly while helping with storage unit set-up, through the life of your use. The staff located at the Ocotillo location are very helpful and pleasant, Thank you to Lynn, Susan, and Jarrod for everything you do for customers of Dollar Self Storage - Chandler If you need storage in Chandler they are conveniently located off of S. Arizona Ave. on E. Ocotillo Rd. located across the road from Trader Joes and Target shopping centers.
