RideNow Powersports Chandler

Well to be honest I have mixed reviews. I was told to come down there to get a check only to get down there and drive 60 miles round trip to find out no one was there that could give me a check however, I excused this because I later found out i would have needed to go to the DMV first before I could have sold the motorcycle. So that was excused. However, Ride now corporate or what used to be called Rumble one I think, offered me $3,500 without an inspection other than all of the pictures that I sent and they told me they needed to get the physical title in hand before they will send the money and pick up the motorcycle at a later date. Unfortunately Arizona is not a title state and all the titles are online and it takes time to get one sent to you physically . Regardless I really don't think it's fair that the same company offered me $3,500 for sure as is and when I took it in to the Chandler location they had offered me $2,800 which I countered with $3,000 . Even though they gave us the $3,000 I still feel like it was kinda messed up considering their own company in (corporate in Dallas I believe ) another state was willing to give me $3,500 without inspecting it physically. That program should be shut down, it shouldn't be competing with its own company. Furthermore it's very confusing when I had three or four other people from Ride now at different locations and or the same location contacting me interested in buying the motorcycle. Lastly, after they did a physical inspection they told me that because the bike was laid down and also was leaking something and had a few other things that's why they offered me $2,800. I told them that the bike was never laid down that would have created a lot more damage my mom tried to move it and dropped the bike. The metal plate that covers the muffler can easily be pounded out. Considering there was 8,000 miles on the motorcycle I believe it was worth more especially in the good condition it was and I had done all the maintenance on the motorcycle and never once had I seen any kind of leaking and I did all services when needed. My parents had bought in a slingshot from this dealership and they were thinking about buying something off road but after that situation I'm pretty sure they won't be buying anything from there again. Other than that the two gentlemen that met with us were very nice and we're not rude.

Great shop! Devon and Crosby in service are top notch. They always do their best to accommodate my toys. I’ve bought a RZR and two motorcycles that are regularly serviced here and I will always be a customer. I always receive call backs and they are alarmist always on time when it comes to service deadlines. Great job!

We had a great experience at RideNow Powersports Chandler! Our son bought his dirt bike yesterday, and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Ashley was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all our questions. She made sure everything went perfectly from start to finish. We also want to thank Jorge, who was very helpful and professional throughout the process. Both of them made this a fun and exciting experience for our son. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I took my perfectly good working motorcycle (KTM 790 Adventure R) to them for routine service. They had an untrained mechanic work on the bike who couldn’t put the bike back together after doing the 18K valve service. Since the motorcycle wouldn’t start after the service they asked me to pay for rebuilding the top end of the engine, which I reluctantly agreed to. A few months and a few thousand dollars later I picked up the motorcycle which only worked for a few hundred miles before the newly built engine blew out. Took the motorcycle back to dealership but all they did was blamed KTM for bad parts and asked me to work with KTM to resolve the issue instead of taking any responsibility themselves. This time the dealership wanted $10,000 to completely rebuild the engine which was very likely destroyed by their incompetent tech not putting it back together properly. While I was working to get a response from KTM to see if they would step in and help resolve the issue, the dealership had my disassembled motorcycle with engine parts shoved in a cardboard box, picked up by a tow truck without letting me know. 10 days later I got a notice from DMV that my motorcycle was towed from the dealership. I had to pay $650 to the towing company to pick up my motorcycle’s frame, parts and unassembled engine pieces. All of the fairings and many other parts were missing. I called the service manager to ask why they had my disassembled motorcycle picked up by a towing company instead of calling me to pick it up or at least putting it back together. I still have not heard back from them. I am left with no choice but to file a law suit against this dealership.

Experience and transaction was good however, I purchased a brand new 2025 yfz 450R and on a brand new bike, you’d expect it to be perfect right?! However mine was not perfect. When I picked up the quad n took it home the rear skid plate was missing 3 out 4 bolts and washers. The 4th was barely hanging on. I called and they said they would order the bolts n washers and when I asked for a simple gift card as some kind of compensation, they said they couldn’t do that but they were able to get the bolts and washers from Yamaha for free as compensation. I don’t know about you but that’s not compensation, that’s taking responsibility.

The ABSOLUTE best customer service and environment for a powersports company, HANDS DOWN. Went to the Chandler location for my first bike and had the absolute pleasure of working with Kaden. Showed me a great selection of bikes to choose from for my first bike and then showed me the answer to any question I had, without a doubt I’ll be going to him for my next purchase. What an amazing service department as well! And TUESDAY, yes that’s her name, she is AWESOME! Definition of a saint! Anywhere that Kaden and Tuesday end up, that’s where I’m going in the future. After everything was said and done, I’ve been extremely happy with my purchase and continue to browse and shop in the accessories store side. Sam, you’re the man! Love you all for making this the best shopping experience I could ask for with my first ever brand new purchase of anything in my life.

I ran new car dealerships for over 3 decades. I was very impressed with the culture of this dealership. Bree was my initial contact and helped me order a rare unit. I gave a deposit and she kept me informed through the entire process. This human does it all and is a very valuable employee. I asked to meet with the GSM and Chris kindly came to meet me. The entire process and all the employees I met were positive and energetic. I can and will happily recommend and refer anyone to this dealership. 5 star, no doubt. Thank you to everyone I met.
