I’d like to give a well-deserved 5-star rating to Manager Elijah at Staples! From start to finish, he provided exceptional service, was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made the entire experience seamless. Elijah’s leadership and customer-first approach truly stood out. Would highly recommend visiting this location for all of your business and office needs!
Convenient for returns drop offs and self print. Otherwise do not shop here. Everything I’ve ever purchased from here has rung up as more than sticker posted price. Today for example, I purchased Scotch Heavy Duty Packing Tape, sticker said $3.00 with rewards, $3.59 without rewards membership, it rang up at $4.99 plus tax. I ended up paying over $5 for something marked $3.59. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me here either. In recent memory it also happened when I purchased a box of pencils. Keep your stickers updated or charge what you say you’re going to.
Don’t order prints here-they’ll tell you over the phone it’ll be ready by the time you need it and then not have it ready. I ordered a poster for an event and called before I drove over to pick it up to make sure it was ready. I was put on hold and transferred around for a long time. Come to find out my poster would not be ready at the time they guaranteed it to be ready but the lady on the phone was absolutely ZERO help in getting it done in time. I called with enough buffer time for them to still print it but she would not help and was extremely unhelpful. As someone who has worked 10 years in customer service, I get dealing with an issue can be frustrating but this very very easily could’ve been fixed. Do better.
Normally have great phone service and customer service here but tonight not one employee would help or acknowledge me. I stood in line to pay for 10 minutes after not being acknowledged once by any team members I set what I planned to purchase down and walked out. Will start going elsewhere.
DO NOT use Verizon at this location or any Verizon in a Staples store! These stores are run by Victra and the managers are by far, the skeeviest bunch of liars I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Since Verizon is trying to break into the business platform, they were running a "promotion" for business owners to convert their personal accounts to business accounts. After Milan (who was wonderful to work with) and I worked out my "new plan", Lawrence, the direct supervisor, got on the phone with me. Lawrence we going to "spice" up my plan and add tablets, watches, and provide a lower payment, since, "new promotions" had just gone into affect that day. I made it abundantly clear, not only did I not need or want additional items, I was not going to pay activation fees for things I did not want or ask for. Lawrence made numerous promises that activation fees would be waived. However, I was hit with with $456 worth of set up fees and taxes. What makes it worse, Lawrence assured me my bill would only be $321/mo. 5 days after I set up this "new service" I receive my new bill. The $321/mo. bill, is now $1245 in total for August (activation & taxes, closing out my personal account, and the prorated first month). $795 for September, and $649 for October. When this issue was addressed with Lawrence, he claims it takes 3 billing cycles for the promotional amounts and credits to kick in. This of course was never discussed because who in their right mind would agree to pay over $2600 in 3 months for phone and internet service. My current personal bill was $240/mo. These people have zero integrity or moral compass. They have partnered with Staples so they can prey on Staples customers. This experience has completely destroyed my business relationship with the store!
I had trouble printing a label for a return. Yvette and Matt helped me by troubleshooting the issue so I could get the label printed. I really appreciated them troubleshooting the issue rather than just saying they couldn’t help. Was very impressed with the service the provided
Staples customer service has been terrible with the exception of Jada. It’s not even worth going if Jada is not there. Everyone else just sits around and WON’T print your stuff. We have had to go 4 times in the past two days to get stuff printed. Thank you Jada for being the most helpful! You have great customer service and do your job well.
