Customer Service, cleanliness of facility, professional atmosphere. From the moment I stopped in just to inquire about what is available... Jamie greeted me with a smile and answered my question without a pause and right away offered to show me units. I was very pleased and decided to move my stored property from CubeSmart to StorQuest right away. I was also pleasantly pleased how quick and easy Jamie made my switch happen.
This is a really clean facility! Including clean bathrooms, which is actually something really important that people often overlook when moving. The manager Shannon is super nice and helpful. Free coffee is also a plus!

The manager named Jamie gave me a tour of the property. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions I had regarding service offered. Overall, he made my experience there very pleasant and I believe StorQuest is lucky to have such an amazing employee.
Sandie is by far the most amazing person I've ever met. She is kind and caring and was fantastic even with my kids being loud. The store is very clean and beautiful. Definitely a great place to rent!
