The Home Depot

I picked up a Milwaukee tote but decided it wasn’t quite what I needed. Returning it was quick and hassle-free—the refund went right back on my card. Staff was friendly, helpful, and made it easy.

I have been going to this Home Depot for atl least 18 years now, but never experienced this rude customer service here before at the check out counter. She has very rude body language and was very impatient. It felt like asking a few questions to make our decision to buy the water heater inconvenient her a lot. So we end up not opening a Home Depot account here. Not pleasant attitude at all. This is the first 1star review I ever wrote in my life.

Thank Tracey at customer service returns for the 1 star review. We came in to return a busted water heater we had just picked up a few hours before at another store. My husband kindly asked where she would like for him to set it and she has the audacity to roll her eyes and in a snarky voice say 'anywhere you would like'. Really? We were the ones who were totally inconvenienced and despite that came in with pleasant attitudes. I've only ever given 1 star reviews 3 times in my life. It's only when confronted with a bad attitude and terrible customer service. I've only ever had great experiences at Home Depot but this experience required a review, unfortunately!

Heads up! They put license plate reader's in the parking lot to track all vehicles coming in and out! They also stopped carrying minwax products so all and all it was a terrible visit!

I am moving, and I got a little in over my head And let’s just say that the paint department is honestly second to none at this location. They were so extremely helpful. All of them. I have been there maybe six times admittedly, They were patient with me, and took the time to teach me some things. I’m only joking but whatever they are paying them is not enough Haha Thank you Brian and everyone, I am truly, and humbly grateful!

Aiden and the other new hire, who is only 18, Is absolutely excellent, best customer service I've ever had and super pleasant. They go above and beyond to resolve issues, they're friendly kind, patient and have perfect retail acumen. They do exactly what needs to be accomplished for the task at hand. A++ plus plus.

Ryan from Home Depot was helpful and kind. I walked in and he asked me if I needed any help. I told him I was looking for a fan because the fan we recently bought couldn’t be used because it’s not a flush mount. We happened to find the box for the fan that we bought and read on the box that the fan is a tri mount (can be installed three different ways). He looked up the installation manual and helped me find the instructions. Thanks you so much Ryan! I appreciate you!
