Tower Storage

Every amenity Tower Storage has to offer all up and running smoothly. Can't ask for a more professional team watching over my stuff. Property Manager Davion definitely does his best to ensure we are heard and taken care of.

Came in to see some storage units since I'll be needing one soon. Monica Solano assisted me. Let me say this is the best customer service I have gotten in a long time! got a full tour of the facility, she went over the size units I was interested in and answered all my questions. Eveything is very clean by the way! I will certainly be renting from here as soon as my lease is up in the next couple weeks you will not be disappointed with the service or the storage facility. They also I have a wash bay for RVs which was pretty awesome.

Davion was extremely friendly and helpful. Took care of the entire rental over the phone- then showed my ID to check to check in the next day. Davion escorted us to the unit and showed us the best route to reach it. A seemless and pleasant rental experience.

Dealing with Tower Storage was straightforward and efficient. In particular, manager Davion was informative, friendly, and gave me a very good deal. The storage area is clean, well maintained and apprears to be secure.

Davion offers world class customer service. What a great experience. Storage facility is not a place I would expect this type of treatment. So refreshing that customer service still means something Thank you Davion
