We went in to get a feel for a 30’ Classic and were treated like potential new family members from the start. They happened to have a pristine used 2018 and gave us a great deal. The entire process was quite pleasant. Everyone there are professionals, care about their products, and love talking to their customers. The place, including restrooms, is immaculate. Their advice was honest and not about selling, just about helping. These folks care!!!

As a new owner of a 2025 Airstream 27 FBT (purchased Nov 2024), I trusted We Are Airstream Chandler for 5 months of "concierge" air-conditioned storage ($500/month, total $2,200 paid) from May to Oct 2025. What I got was outright negligence that nearly wrecked my lithium Victron system, plus endless stonewalling on basic warranty support. Avoid at all costs—this dealer prioritizes upsells over service. The storage horror: Despite promises of monitored maintenance (including shore power for my 660Ah bank), my VRM logs show SOC plummeting to a dangerous 9.9% by May 29—just 12 days in—with 3,900+ critically low readings over 14 days and ~28,000 low-battery alarms firing across the MultiPlus. June-July? 55.9% zero input power—no charging at all, just unchecked parasitic drain. For LiFePO4 batteries, that's a recipe for cell damage and BMS lockouts. They let my $10k+ system starve while charging concierge rates. When I confronted them post-pickup, crickets—no logs, no apologies, just delays. Compounding the mess: In Sept, they "replaced" my faulty GE AC unit under warranty but ghosted me on the serial number despite multiple emails/calls. Critical for my Airstream/GE claim, and it's still unresolved months later—leaving me towing in CA heat without reliable cooling. Their service? Arrogant waits, ignored follow-ups, and a pattern of half-done jobs that scream "authorized dealer" in name only. I've escalated to Airstream Corporate, AZ AG, and BBB—don't let this happen to you. Shop elsewhere; the savings aren't worth the stress.

If I could give the service department zero stars I would. Absolutely, love my Airstream Flying Cloud but the service I received recently at We Are Airstream was extremely disappointing. I recently brought my trailer in to have the shower door repaired as it was falling out of the frame. I dropped it off initially, was told everything was good to go. I got home opened up the shower door and it completely fell out of the frame! I called to let them know and they asked that I bring it back a second time. After a few days I received a call that the problem was solved. Headed out on a trip to San Diego, arrived opened the Airstream and the shower door had completely fallen off again while traveling. Thankfully, there wasn't damage to the cabinets or flooring. I called to ask for the owner to give me a call back. Ron from service called me instead. The problem, aside from the shoddy workmanship, is that Ron was unapologetic, defensive and rude on the call. Unfortunately. I won't be taking my Airstream back here ever again. I was able to find a local guy. Not only is he extremely knowledgable and experienced, but he is thorough and wonderful to deal with. Call Silver Bullet RV Mobile Repair. No more leaving your trailer with a dealer for weeks at a time. Trust, give them a call you won't be disappointed.

I bought my 25 Flying Cloud from Airstream of Scottsdale after viewing dozens of units and visiting multiple dealerships throughout the country. Their units are some of the cleanest I’ve seen in the nation (they store them indoors and their indoor showroom rocks). They worked with me through the common initial kinks and I really got the sense that Ken the GM wanted me to leave satisfied (I also appreciate the little trick with the fuse he taught me that let’s me light up my trailer lights on fun weekends at the campground). Airstream of Scottsdale also does good YouTube Videos and takes great photos. Their units are just so clean compared to other lots I’ve muddled through. The guys that work in the shop are responsive and followed through with their word on a simple part request that I received from the factory yesterday. I suspect this will be the dealership that orders my 33 Classic when the time is right . Thanks guys!

Special thanks to Dustin Urland for resolving my DC power issue on my Interstate Van. I was at my wit's end trying brakers and fuses to reset my 12v power. Dustin told me to bring it in before opening hours and he would check it out. Fuses and the breakers all checked out ok, so he said let me ask my mechanic if there are any others. Matt came out and said there's a reset on the generator underneath the rear. He reset it and everything is working great. Dustin said the generator's fuse is weak and to schedule a repair. That's when Paige Johnston took over and made me an appointment for next week. I have had only the best customer service and friendly responses from everyone I had contact with from the operator to service writers to mechanic. My hats off to the entire crew at "We Are Airstream" in Chandler AZ. I am thankful to being there new customer and have no fear of ever returning for anything. Thankyou again Dustin. -dale-

They were all just fabulous! We were welcomed warmly and genuinely. Even before we decided on the Sport, Brian explained to me the differences in styles, prices and what my SUV could comfortably tow. Lynn arranged ALL the paperwork assisted by the very handsome bald guy. The other Brian was super nice and helped me to feel confident about ALL the details of this purchase. Jackie was awesome! Right at the door as we came in and answered our many questions. Sweet John took me around the unit and explained the workings of it although I have already forgotten some of it. The anti-sway bar and electronic tongue jack were a priority for us!! We received lots of free tees , water bottles and hats which I will use proudly. This is our FIRST travel trailer and I couldnt be more pleased. The hardest part for me to keeping it nice and light!! Thank you Airstream of Scottsdale! See them. They treat you like family!!

I had a great experience during the purchasing process and felt like I got an amazing deal. The sales team did not oversell and in-fact talked me out of some unnecessary items. Since the sale I have had two major issues with the 2023 Flying Cloud 25FB. The tankless water heater had a leak caused by a broken brass flow sensor. I was able to replace it with the part ordered online and We Are Aistream refunded me the cost of the part. I live over 3 hours from any Aistream dealer. The dealer had an issue with its voicemail and initially I did not get calls back. However since that time the GM has been great to work with. I’d highly recommend this dealership.
