Eric from HomeWorks Energy was personable, detailed and thorough. His company partnered with my town for a complete home energy assessment. He made some immediate adjustments at no cost and we have scheduled future work for a great price. Very thankful for the information and services provided today to help make our home more comfortable and energy efficient!

Terrell and crew (Luis and Steph) - did a great job installing attic insulation, sealing up the basement gaps and blowing insulation into the walls of our 100 year old house in Chelmsford. The attic floor needed to be pulled up and raised to bring the insulation up to code. A very big job in my opinion. They left the place clean and managed to get the whole thing done in 3 long days. Kudos to Truck NS96 and the team.

Nathan and Shaun just left, after blowing in extra insulation and sealing an attic access point. Very first impression was just how NICE they both were! They did their work quickly, great professionalism. We are so happy that we now have 18" insulation throughout our new home. GREAT job guys! Homeworks really shined, 5-star work! I never knew that we pay into MassSave every time we pay our heating bills. It's satisfying to recoup much of that money. Thousands of dollars of work, and we paid around $500 in total. I highly recommend this program, the out-of-pocket cost will pay for itself in savings in the first few months.

Hector and Israel from Homeworks Energy came out to my home to install insulation in the basement and garage ceilings after I had an energy assessment done through the Mass Save program. They worked efficiently and the work was done well! I’m looking forward to my home being warmer this winter thanks to their work!

Angel (team leader NS 24) and crew (Felipe) did a great job today installing attic insulation in our home. They were punctual for the appointment. He was courteous and knowledgeable as he explained the steps required and materials used. The work was done professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend HomeWorks Energy and this Team. John T and his crew arrived at our home yesterday to add insulation to our garage ceiling which is underneath the kitchen living area of our home. They arrived right on time, were friendly and polite and cleaned everything up beautifully. John went over everything with me so that I understood what was done, and the final cost to us. They also installed 4 door sweeps. This is an amazing program! From Oliver that did the original assessment to the crew yesterday I have to tell you, really great people work for this company!

Nice folks, but accomplished few of the goals their audit team created for our home while simultaneously damaging doors, walls, and furniture, and leaving behind a cold house and an absolute mess. To top it off, they charged me twice and took the double payments directly from my checking account. When I caught it, they returned the double payment, but it took two weeks and a second phone call to get that accomplished. A seemingly knowledgeable and hirer level person named Dylan asked to meet with me to discuss what happened. We met for nearly an hour at our home. We reviewed the issues. He apologized profusely, and asked if Homeworks could have another opportunity to make it right. He created a list of items he felt needed follow up and we scheduled a date. Two months later the new "team" showed up (a day earlier than scheduled) with instructions from Homeworks to fix our doors' weatherstripping. I asked if Dylan had given them the list of items he had promised they would be following up on, they responded, "Who's Dylan?" After calling the main office, no one seemed to know who Dylan was or what I was talking about. This turned out to be a huge waste of time that I'm still dealing with.
