I came in to buy parts and tools for a spark plug change and the Sales associate, Syniah was amazing with making sure I had everything I needed. She was very friendly and reassuring. She said, "We're in this together", and that made me feel real good about getting the job done.

I’m so grateful for Marcos at AutoZone! I came in not knowing much about cars, just needing help with a battery replacement. He made the whole process quick and easy, and even took the time to explain what I needed so I could feel confident about getting my car back to where it needed to be. Marcos had great customer service! He replaced my windshield wipers for me. There was another gentleman who had helped me figure out which ones i needed before that, however I forgot his name. I apologize! But overall great experience, thank you so much guys!
