Came into Best Buy today to get a new screen protector for my phone, spent quite a while just trying to find someone to install as all the employees were busy. I was directed to the AT&T station where Oscar was more than helpful, although he was extremely busy helping multiple customers he did an amazing job installing both my screen protector and camera protector, while also juggling customer support on the phone and helping another client, all with professionalism. Compared to the other employees at this location I can say Oscar went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and should absolutely be recognized for his hard work

I came here looking to replace one of my home appliances. After looking around, an associate walked up to me to help out with any outstanding questions I had. He was of great help. And I think it was a good experience for me.

My husband and I purchased a dishwasher approximately two months ago at the Rivergate location in Charlotte, NC. A few days after installation, we started noticing small roaches in our kitchen—something we had never seen in the 10 years we’ve lived there. We began fighting the infestation with fumigation, traps, glue boards, and various products. Yesterday, we decided to remove the dishwasher, as it seemed the roaches were coming from that area. To our surprise, we found an infestation underneath a transparent label that contains a warning not to remove it. Under that label, there was a cluster of roaches, including eggs and roaches of all sizes. This situation has led us to wonder to what extent Best Buy holds responsibility for the expenses and stress caused by selling a product that was infested with roaches from the start.

Best purchase & best location very organized. I called before purchasing and spoke with James and he said they had 1 AirPod 4 ANC left in stock. I reserved them online and he was very patient and I came into the store and picked them up same day. 10/10

The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive and some things you want to see and feel first, like a gaming mouse. They also take my old electronics for recycling.
