Great first experience! Came for routine maintenance that was recommended by the dealer. After bringing it to Euro Cars, they straight up told me some of those services weren’t necessary. Truly honest. They could have done the work and I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Refreshing to know they think of the long term value and relationship of the customer and not a quick buck. They have my loyalty!

Let me tell you walk, run, or tow get there as fast as you can if need to get your car fixed. My BMW is running the best that it has ran in years all thanks to these guys. It’s service with a smile, and communication that . They are friendly, smart, educational, and know what they’re doing. I feel like I’m a part of the Euro Cars Southend family now.

I was so happy with the Euro Cars Southend team. They were able to inspect my car quickly after the dealership noticed some axle issues, and made the repairs quick and easy. The team was constantly in communication with me and always responsive. As it happened my car also had some battery issues and needed a tow, and when no one else in Charlotte could take on the job, the Euro Cars team recommended a towing company that was easily THE BEST crew I have ever worked with. I’ve lived in Charlotte now for 3 years and I have FINALLY found a shop that knows what they’re talking about, is kind, and doesn’t overcharge me for a bunch of random things because I don’t know much about cars.
