Grainger Industrial Supply

Google still does not allow percentages in their reviews, so I will. Grainger Industrial Supply rates a solid 4.5 from me. And absolutely amazing experience, from the ordering process, which goes through 2 dedicated mid-western call centers, too picking up your order at the Grainger of your choosing. The staff members were both engaging and professional, as were their tech experts, which were only a phone call away. For most any kind of business, not just construction or industrial. Health-care and a plethora of others. The store was absolutely immaculate. And I will be using their service's quite often from now on. I ordered a specific capacitor in the afternoon, the day before, and it was in the store, as promised, whenever I arrived shortly after 8am the following morning. Yes; even faster than the unnamed A to Z store. I would like to have included some interior pictures of the store. (as always), After requesting permission to do so, I was informed that this is against company policy. But, I got some decent pictures of the exterior of the building. Small, medium, or big businesses, even those just starting out and trying to grow, and expand. Call, stop by, and have a conversation about whatever you are trying to accomplish with your particular business and, most importantly, what materials you need to start and/or complete your job. A fantastic business. Take the time to reach out to their call center, and you'll be pleasantly surprised with both their knowledge to know that they are both located in the U.S. of A. I ordered pair of NB steel toe shoes.. I've never owned a pair of these shoes.. They were shipped in a plastic white shipping bag the was partly shredded.. The shoe box was moist from being wet.. So I ended up returning the shoes.. they was too tight around the toe area.. I had no choice but to order another paid.. So I ordered the Reeboks shoe.. I received this shoe on Sunday 11/24/24.. They was shipping in the actual shoe box.. no shipping bag or box.. This shoe was cut tight around the toe area too.. So the rep from grainger emailed another return label.. I arrived at FedEx and was told I'd have to pay $11.90 for a shipping box.. which they didn't come in.. I immediately called grainger and was left on hold for 4 minutes.. mind you.. someone always answers at this place.. I hung up and called back and got a rep who clearly didn't want to help me.. I offered to send pics.. he refused.. I ask for his supervisor.. he said I was calling after hours.. I hung up. I paid the 11.00 plus dollars.. but I plan I calling customer service tomorrow..

These guys were a great pleasure to work with. Can't wait to see the relationship we build together.

The show room has limited items. The customer service was A+. I was able to get the item i needed. The online inventory was correct.

I buy items at the Charlotte office all the time. The entire staff here is amazing and it's on a consistent basis. Grainger staff on the toll free number and their technical staff are the best also. I've actually never dealt with a vendor that is more of a pleasure to deal with! Their knowledge and level of customer service is UNMATCHED!!

I would never ever purchase a single thing from Grainger. They advertise heavily on YouTube.

Processed my return quickly and easily. Very kind and professional. Whoever decided on the double computer screen monitors so the customer can see what the employee is doing - great idea. (I think that really helps when some customers can be impatient:) )
