Micro Center

This is the best brick and mortar computer store with great camera gear and accessories. The employees here were all fantastic to work with! I'm so happy I drove over an hour to come here! I was worried because I wasn't able to call in advance to see if they had what I needed. I called ATD computer in Charlotte and they recommended the place. I guess their website helps you assess inventory but I didn't try that. I needed a 200 mm fan for my computer and I called about eight other places and nobody had one. Micro Center had exactly what I needed. They also had a second gen pcie extension USB 3.1 second generation extension hub I needed. I wasn't able to get any of this stuff anywhere else. While I was there I found several other things that I have been wanting to get but weren't high priorities so I was able to get all that too! I love this place and I will be back!

Josh, Connor, and Courtney were all very nice and I absolutely loved how kind and helpful they all were! Everybody was very knowledgeable, has their own opinions on how they use certain parts at home which really helps me understand and break down what I’m trying to buy, and the time they each took to make sure I got the best of what I could get at the store was absolutely amazing. Love micro center!

This store is incredible, I had heard good things but it surpassed expectations. They have a ton of stuff you could never find anywhere else and it’s refreshing to have a staff that know their products. It’s clear from talking to their staff that they are personally interested in the types of things they’re helping you with. Had a guy walk me through all their Raspberry Pi options and I got this pi zero w 2, got home and printed a base to mount it in my rack. On another visit I talked with another sales person about mechanical keyboards and she knew a ton about them, you could tell she geeks out over them. Glad they came to Charlotte.

by far one of the most exciting stores that I have been to in a long time. I like this store as much as I like bass pro and if anyone knows about fishing fanatics and bass pro shops will automatically understand what walking into this store will be like. The plus of this is it can work for both in some way or another. #1 store if you like making things, have an inventive personality or love technology.

Freakin amazing place. Usually have what i need on the electronics side of life. I just do not get the "interaction stickers" though. Some random employee will walk up and ask if i need anything and then wanna sticker my stuff. Uh, no.

Every associate was so helpful, especially Will in the computer dept!! Loved my experience, worth the drive from my house. Got a whole gaming setup for a good price!

Recently moved back to the area from the Pacific Northwest, and it's awesome to see a Microcenter here. It's been fun coming in here with my wife to envision, buy, and build her first gaming PC. At the risk of sounding cheesy; it's made my wife's PC experience magical. Prices here are on par or cheaper to competitors which makes it an easier choice on physically going here to buy something as opposed to purchasing online from folks like Amazon or Newegg. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. However, when I do go to checkout it does feel at times like I'm filling out a mortgage application with all the questions. That said, this store is a wonderful addition to the Charlotte area.
