NAPA Auto Parts

The side of town I live on brings me closer to other NAPA Auto Parts, but I will venture across town to this one if I'm in need of anything from NAPA. There's something about their customer service that has an old school quality to it. The staff is always straight to the point, helpful and courteous. I still use a NAPA carry-on bag for car detailing products that one of the friendly staff suggested to me during a visit years ago.

Nothing worse than a flat tire on a road trip with 3 kids and our dog. Thank you Bishop and management team, you made what could have turned into a multiple hour ordeal, a quick and easy fix. Thank you for going above and beyond.

They made me wait more than 3 hours to change a battery. Bad service

Waste of time!!! Website says they have the parts but they don’t. Store is a wreck with nothing on the shelves. Find somewhere else to go.. they work at a snails pace.

Part selection is very good, however front desk service needs some work. They are too busy entering orders for other people that aren’t actually standing here in the store waiting. Hopefully you don’t need something from the back, then you have to wait for that to arrive up front. Just not a good walk in experience.
