Trying to print some pictures thru their system (it has to be via web) it is HORRIBLE. How are they still in business? Well, their employees. You get out happy pappy. I got 5 star ⭐️ help from Zontazia! Knowledgeable, helpful and PATIENCE. At store 06777 (I think). Honestly, she was amazing.
I come to this location pretty often but today I was told by the manager that the young lady couldn't stop the job she was doing to print my papers that I emailed 4 times and she even tried doing it for me but I never got the email with the code. He then to me I could email it to her and she could print BUT I ALREADY DID THAT TOO 20 MINUTES AGO AND IM THE ONLY ONE THERE NEEDING HELP SEEMS LIKE HE WOULD HAVE HELPED HER OUT ITS ONLY ME STANDING HERE FOR 20 MINS WAITING PATIENTLY Everyone is usually very kind at this location and the young lady has always been very kind I've been going here 8 years but this was my first time meeting this manager
OfficeMax in Rivergate is the best!!! I often use the print shop and everyone is amazing!!! The staff and managers are friendly and extremely helpful. This is truly the best OfficeMax in Charlotte. The customer service is superb!!! Love this branch
That was really poor customer service. I'm lugging a sleeping baby around in a car seat for crying out loud. Can I get some assistance? I got blown off by three employees. The fourth employee that was supposedly going to "meet [me] over by the aisle" never did. I needed my item today, but I guess I'm going to Amazon and get it tomorrow. I wonder why these stores are dying out?
We worked with Drew at the Rivergate Office Max location in Charlotte & she was outstanding. She assisted us and she was able to meet & exceed all of our expectations. Drew was professional, knowledgeable & very friendly. She was amazing to work with. Thank you Office Max for having employees like Drew! Thank you Drew for going above & and beyond the Call of Duty!
I recently received incredible service at the Rivergate location. The employees were extremely helpful and understanding.
Supposed to be open at 8:30 but its 9:15 and the gates are locked. UPS AND TARGET ARE OPEN!!!!
