⚠️ Consumer Warning: PAYMORE SHOPTON ⚠️ I had a very disappointing experience with this business and feel obligated to share my story so others don’t fall victim to the same treatment. I brought in a Bose SoundLink Flex 2nd Gen Bluetooth Speaker (Cypress Green, 865983-0200) a product that regularly resells for well over $100. In a difficult financial moment, I trusted this store to provide me with a fair value. Instead, I was offered only $25. Shortly after, I discovered the same speaker listed for $119. While I understand resale shops need to mark up items, a nearly 400% markup is not simply business, it is predatory. This kind of practice takes advantage of individuals who may already be vulnerable, and it demonstrates a clear lack of integrity and fairness. Businesses like this damage community trust. If you are looking for honest and transparent service, I strongly recommend avoiding PAYMORE SHOPTON. There are far better alternatives where customers are treated with respect, not exploited for quick profit.

A bit of an awkward experience at this location unfortunately. The employee had wireless earbuds in, so I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or if he was on the phone with someone. I had to ask him multiple times to pull out different stacks of games I wanted to see. It didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and acted really weird the entire time. The AC wasn’t running, so it was about 90 degrees in the store. All of the games were behind glass, so it made it difficult for me to shop while dealing with a challenging employee. The other location across town had their games out on a rack which made it easier to shop.

This place has to be the biggest scam i have ever seen. I brought in a $1,455 PC with mouse and keyboard, $490 Racing Wheel, $401 Xbox with Controller. After trying to sell it, they told me they would give me $140 for everything. ARE YOU JOKING? None of my equipment had dents, scratches, or even dirt on them. A total of over $2,000 worth of equipment turned into $140 resell price for everything. WOW!
