Precision Garage Door and installer Tyler were fantastic to work with! Tyler took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and his workmanship was excellent. Definitely an employee you would want representing your business. Even though he was suppose to be attending an evening event with his family he took the time to answer every question, set up our in car garage opener and helped us with the MyQ app.

Walker showed up with a few minutes of the earliest estimated time that a technician would get here. He was extremely friendly very personable worked quickly and was done fixing our door in under 90 minutes. He took all the trash away and made sure that everything was cleaned up, leaving the place in as good or better shape than when he found it. I would highly recommend this individual for any job that you need when it comes to fixing a garage door.

The phone was answered promptly. I had a very pleasant young lady (Jessica) who took my call. She scheduled my call for the same day. The service tech was at my house in less than 2 hours. The service tech, Deepak Raj was very nice. He took some time inspecting my garage door and made a recommendation for repair. it took him less than 30 minutes to replace the necessary parts. He tested the operation while I was present. It worked perfectly and still is a few days later. I couldn't ask for a better company to do business with and I feel the charge was very reasonable.

My Precision door is about 10 years old and never needed service. I used the lubricant left with me by the installer. I saw on of their technicians in my neighbourhood and stopped to get a card. The seasons are changing and never had a "tune up". I called to get my appointment made. Ryan was on time, thoroughly inspected the door. Although my rollers were in good condition, I still wanted them switched out. He had them replaced, track cleaned, anchors tightened, everything done within half an hour. I did clear out sufficient work space for him. Something I believe every customer should do for any technician if capable. I highly recommend Precision for your all your garage door. This has been the most reliable door I've had. I went through 2 in my first 11 years. This Precision door has lasted me 10 years without any issues.
