Shop is busy, but Nick stay on top of it. He’s very responsive to text/call, and I recommend being very specific and consistent in communication as they have many bikes sitting in the shop. Friendly staff in general. Thank you!

Brought my new scooter here to tighten up some screws and install my seat. Nick (Owner) was by himself so he initially couldn't address my concerns but ended up fixing basically everything anyway. All the while numerous customers entered the store and he addressed them too. Very nice gentleman and helpful. If you need anything done to your scooter, check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

I have a Bird One Scooter and the original battery died after having my scooter for 4 years. Called this particular shop and asked if they would be willing to do a diagnostic to confirm it was the battery and to order a new one. I dropped my scooter off on March 5th. I had to call them a few days later to check the status of the diagnostic and it was confirmed the battery was in fact no longer good. After this conversation, 2 weeks go by and no follow up. I called again, and was advised they were still looking for a battery and told that Bird has filed for Bankruptcy (which I knew). I waited another 2 weeks and still no follow up. So I started calling other scooter shops around town to see if they could assist…no luck with that. Fast forward mid April I call AGAIN after no follow up and I was told they could not find a battery. I agreed to just come pick up my scooter. When I picked up my scooter, I went online and found a battery replacement for $110 the SAME DAY. The battery came in and I popped it in my scooter and viola! I reached out to the repair shop to confirm the same and they offered to put the new battery in for $20. I just decided to go buy the tools myself and figure it out. My scooter is currently charging so I can get back on the road and enjoy my ride. Would not recommend as I was NOT given the experience I’d expected and they did not do their due diligence in finding a battery regardless if Bird filed bankruptcy or not. You can find just about anything on eBay, you just may have to dig a bit deeper. And oh, one of the screws to put the top on the scooter was missing when I picked it up.

If there was zero star, I would have given it. I have had the displeasure of doing business with this establishment. After reading reviews and seeing an interview from fox. I thought this was a legit place and left my bike here. Guys, I am now having the worst customer experience in my entire life. My ebike got damaged during the latest fire and they have refused to reimburse me. I should have listened to the rumors about this establishment and taken the low reviews seriously. I would never step foot in there again

Chan was awesome! He did have to take an extra 40 or so minutes (repairing and helping customers simultaneously) at pick up to install new screws. I wasn’t in a rush, so I just waited. I also only took the wheel the day before while he wasn’t there, so he may have been a tad confused about the screws I left when he came in the next day. However, turns out the screws wouldn’t fit (even though they were factory; weird, I know) so he had to find more around the shop. I really appreciated his time and dedication. I did have to pay for parking due to how long I waited, but the customer service was great. I’d definitely go back if I needed to!
