RCS Garage Doors

I can’t say enough good things about RCS Garage Doors. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I first called after business hours on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised when they returned my call first thing Saturday morning. Not only did they call back promptly, but they were also able to schedule someone to come out that same morning between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. — something other companies wouldn’t even consider on a weekend. They explained that they do this because we all work and what better convenience than to have someone come on a Saturday. Smart. Matthew, my technician, arrived around 11:30 and immediately introduced himself. He walked me through what he could install with the part I had purchased separately, and even upgraded my spring because he knew it would make the install stronger and longer lasting. He changed the belt, handled the install quickly and efficiently, lubricated the wheels, springs, and had my garage door up and running in about an hour and a half. They also charged nothing to come out, consult and see the initial issue. My spring had broken in half. The customer service stood out just as much as the workmanship. They were polite, followed up without me having to chase them, and overall made the whole process smooth. While the price was a little higher than I initially expected, the saying holds true: you get what you pay for. In this case, I paid for quality, and that’s exactly what I received. I’d use them 10 times over and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service. RCS is first come, first serve — and in my book, they win.

I absolutely enjoyed the service, professionalism and kindness Calvin exhibited to us and fixing our garage door. From the time I spoke with the receptionist , till receving updated text on arrival times and status....it was IMPECCABLE!!The service was fast, accurate and professionally well done. I will be using RCS in the future as well as referring them to my family and friends. Their service is definitely one have if youre looking for professional and accurate garage servicing.

Matt was wonderful. Had a great personality very warm caring guy gave me much better price than the other garage door Companies were giving me. He replaced my complete system and had a choice of 13 different Systems that I could choose from and told me which one would be best for me, he explained everything to me, he connected me to their app showed me how the app works. I would recommend them Hundred 100% they are a wonderful company and Matt is an exceptional tech.

First timer with RCS. Terrific experience. Calvin was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and fair. I was also very impressed observing the collaboration between Calvin and his office team. They collectively worked together to identify the right parts. Very fair pricing to boot. Im now hoping I have more issues just for the chance to work with RCS and Calvin again.

I called spoke with a human and setup a time for a Technician to look at my problem. Calvin Aldridge texted before he arrived on time. I suspected I needed a new door motor unit and Calvin confirmed that was the case. He had the replacement parts with him and performed the work quickly and in just over an hour he had the new system installed and working. Excellent service from RCS and Calvin!!!

Here’s my experience with RCS: 1)Garage piece snap and pop out when I was leaving for work Friday morning. 2) Called left a message that I need service 3) Got to work, I was called twice in response to my left message. 4) Call back scheduled an appointment Saturday morning. Saturday morning???? 5) Matthew came, got a text when he was on his way. Arrive within the window and was pleasant and great at explaining. 6) Easy Apple Pay pay method. 7) Garage is fixed and I’m drinking my coffee. They are awesome…Efficient service that’s all I want. Being someone who’s worked in service and hospitality for almost 30 years. Efficient service is the gold standard.

Matthew King texted his arrival time and met that time exactly. Upon introducing himself and the company I explained what was going on with our system. He did a complete and thorough inspection and found that it was a new system only needing the springs replaced. After going over the work order and the cost involved I agreed to the work order. Matthew immediately started to work and completed the repairs in a very short period of time. He then explained how the system functioned and the semi annual maintenance needs to maintain the system. As a retired manager, if Matthew was to apply to my company with what I have seen of his abilities, his personality and work ethics, I would hire him immediately. Thank you, Matthew.
