We been kicked out from other parking lot UPtime parking just because they leased out spots to other tenant with better cost with no warnings or notifications was hard to find 5 spots a specially on Sunday, After I got called Right Solution Truck on Sunday after noon we in next 10 minutes reserved 5 spots next to each other with long term contract. Thats was an easy and really professional way to pay and sign all online. Thank you so much Alicia for an amazing service and support. After all added 3 more spots for box trucks and bobtails. Clean lot & well organized.

Happy to park my trucks and shipping containers at right solution parking lot. Amazing location here hight way fully gated with lights cameras and gate code. The friendly parking team always helping with any issue we had battery problem and they called partners to jump start.

I love Right Solution! We found the Gastonia Location last year and we were new to the area, but we have grown to practically be family! The young lady responds to reserve parking early or late when needed! The location is safe and convenient. Staff reliable, friendly and efficient!! I’d highly recommend parking with them!

26ft box truck stolen from the yard. Trying to get security footage is like pulling teeth. Initially they seemed helpful but once we started requesting footage we kept getting the run around. They stopped answering me from my cell number so I had to resort to using a different phone to get an answer. The lady then advises that the cameras are not facing the yard although on the yard so they don't have any footage. No help at all. What's the point in a camera and gate with no working camera and open gate to at least surveillance the property. They should have known the camera wasn't pointing towards the property. But they sure want there money every month and on time! DISGUSTED!!! Don't park here.

Lovely customer service well secured parking lot with cameras and gate, with light and bathrooms , dumpsters. Easy to park a specially when all well organized Thank you Alicia for great help will park again soon

0 start is right review for this place. I parked truck for 3 days, 4th day they without any notice or reminder locked the trailer and just send invoice for extra $756$. This people are scammers and they are stealing money from honest people
