I was nervous because of what I’d read online, but everything showed up exactly as promised. We ordered some racking for a project. I called and talked to Kevin Flores very nice individual. He confirmed all my racking was in stock. So I placed my order, its been 2 months now, I cant get any response from anyone, no calls back, no emails. Worst of all I can't get a refund. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE ITS A SCAM!

OUT OF BUSINESS? I placed an order a little over a month ago. They billed my card two weeks ago ($7000+). Now they are not even answering the phones. With the tax credit for solar going away, I think this business may be winding down or out of business now. Be careful. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. Later... You will see they tried to say they had no order (below). See photo of order confirmation. If you are foolish enough to place an order with them, you will notice they use Shopify and your order will look like the order I placed with them. I'll PDF emails and documentation and make it available via a shared link... They're a scam. Just to prove they are completely full of it, here is Chase seeing the charge billed and initiating the dispute. If they will lie to the public now, believe me they will lie to you later.

Worst company ever in the history of solar supply this company take your money. send you an email stating that your shipment will be there at set time. Call back after shipment did not arrive. Oh it takes 10 days to process. How does it take 10 days to process solar mounts? It's just mounts This is the crappiest place I have ever have to deal with. Nobody takes your call nobody transfer your calls. All they do is take message you want to cancel nobody's there. They don't want to give you back your money. This a total scam of a company I would advise every any and everyone who wants to purchase do not purchase from this company. I repeat do not purchase anything from this company whatsoever

I ordered a charge controller on 24 July and received confirmation of the order. I was charged on 26 July for the order. on 31 July I had not received any emails detailing shipping information. I called customer service and was transferred through three different people. The last representative I spoke with told me that the company has a 14 -working day window (3-weeks) to fulfill an order, and that the condition was stipulated in the confirming email they had sent on the day I ordered the part. I re-read the confirming email and there was no such wording there. Had I known it would take three weeks for the part to ship I would never have ordered the part. I also find it concerning that they would charge for the sale, including a $130 shipping charge for an item the size of a loaf of bread and weighing about 4 pounds - before shipping the item. I'm definitely a one time customer to this company. Waiting to see if it actually ships within the 14-working day window stated - only 2 weeks to go.
