Went to purchase a printer ink and recycle cartridges and of course the regular cartridge was out of stock and who wants to spend $60 when I was expecting to spend $35. As I was leaving the store I went to the entrance only to exit and I began to beep. I asked the girl at the counter why I would be ringing and she said ‘I’m not sure it may be your keys’! Wouldn’t I have beeped entering the store in that case? I went to the correct exit and rang again and it bugged me all day…. As I was entering outside whoever drive the black Chevy parked right up front that hit their car alarm and was nowhere in sight ‘please kick rocks’. Needless to say I won’t be revisiting your product was out of stock and you got people thinking I’m a robber Staples. Come on now, just because I didn’t buy your over priced cartridge!!! I did go down the road and purchase it from Office Depot though.

I had to place an order online because the items i wanted were not in the store. When shipped to my home only half of my items were delivered. The store manager (who placed the order for me in the store) could not tell me where my remaining items were or if I'd be getting a refund.

Ridiculous why do you close at 7:30 and every other location closes at 8? And the employee so slow watched me walk all the way to the door, could have politely let me know it was closed but okay… won’t be back to this location a waste of time completely

This location does not offer TSA precheck even though it says they do. do not waste your time.

Stopped in for a printer. Was greeted immediately upon entering store. Kobe filled me in on the benefits of the different printer technologies and costs. So refreshing to get good, honest professional service. Thanks Kobe!

Also fell prey to the Stalker of Staples as she followed us around the store under her watchful gaze. Despite it all, very pleasant location with a huge clearance section.

Recently, I got some business cards here printed. I definitely loved the outcome of how they came out. I also signed up to their rewards program. It was also my first time going to Staples so I definitely will be returning since their customer service is good !
