Super Eagle on Orr Road in Charlotte was great and quoted reasonable prices! I visited them for a safety inspection for my Honda and they did a great job. The service was swift—I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Online booking was easy and the waiting area was quite convenient and spacious. The parking area outside is large enough to accommodate busy times. The staff was polite and went out of their way to ensure that the clients’ needs were met. Overall it’s a 10/10 auto repair shop that I highly recommend.

I was in a rush and didn't have time for much research, but fortunately, Super Eagle Auto Care turned out to be a great choice for getting my car checked. I went in for a vehicle inspection, expecting it to take about an hour to be seen and complete the payment. To my surprise, the whole process took only about 30 minutes, even including my time filling out the paperwork. They were so efficient that I barely had time to do any work while waiting. The waiting area had a TV playing, and they offered complimentary water for customers, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was also clean. I highly recommend checking out this establishment. They even texted me the next day to follow up on their service. As someone who values customer service, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Great job, Super Eagle team!

I’ve had my car serviced there twice, and each time has been a wonderful experience. These guys are so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. As a woman, I’m always nervous and intimidated dropping my car off because people try to take advantage of that. This shop has been helpful and reasonable each time. The first time they worked with my extended warranty to get the appropriate repairs done, and the second time I paid out of pocket for repairs. They thoroughly explain repairs of what is needed and what is suggested. They are never pushy, but always want what is best for their customers. I appreciate them giving me a loaner car while they did repairs. You have a loyal customer here for sure!

First off it’s hard to find a mechanic that you trust to work on Volvo that is not the dealership. But Eagle auto care has never failed. They have affordable prices and super friendly staff. My guy is Eddie, has always made the process of getting done what needed to be done with my vehicle. He is there from scheduling- payment and even after. This particular time I had an issue with a broken Axel that was practically imbedded in my transmission. Technician Ryan worked long and diligently to get it done the right way so it wouldn’t cause me further issues. This is very important when you are a female client who doesn’t want to be taken advantage for not having proper knowledge. Thanks Eagle for always providing awesome service .

I didn’t have an appointment. Didn’t realize that was a thing for a simple oil change. They told me that it’s not needed but recommended. Was in and out in 20 minutes. The techs and staff are great, the shop is super efficient thanks to the scheduling board. I will be back for sure. I listened to another customer that was being updated on his repair and was impressed with the quality of the update. Was pressured into unnecessary service but was told what to watch and lookout for. It’s very difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust these days. In my brief encounter with this business I feel closer to that goal. I will definitely return in the future with anything else on this vehicle and any others in my fleet.

I called Super Eagle Auto Care with no appointment because my 83 year old grandmother, who lives two hours away, was having car trouble. Eddie got her an appointment within two hours and Grandma was rolling out with a brand new battery shortly after. She said she felt completely safe during the whole process which, if you know my grandma, is a big deal. I was able to authorize and pay for everything through text which made the whole thing smooth and simple. From the initial phone call I could tell I chose the right place. As a shop owner myself, trusting another shop is not easy, but Eddie and the team definitely earned that trust. Grandma is cruising again and happy. Thank you Super Eagle, Eddie, and the whole crew for taking such good care of her.

My daughter Marnia recommended and made my appointment. I was extremely pleased and everyone I came in contact with were courteous and professional. Besides oil change they fixed and repaired where done lug nuts that popped off when some else had tighten to tight. They explained the safety of it and it was not safe with me riding like that and they were right. I could tell the difference in my driving when they finished. I will definitely recommend and will be returning. I’m an observer and everyone that came in while I was there were treated very professionally. Anything needed they carefully explained and sent you a copy. It was worth the wait. Thank you for such good service.
