Five-Star Experience Thanks to Lee! I stopped by Home Depot on Friday around 9 PM to pick up some 2x4s for a small patio repair. I was a bit lost trying to choose the right ones when a young man approached me with a polite smile and friendly greeting. He asked if I needed help and what project I was working on. I explained that some of the patio beams were rotting and needed to be replaced, but I wasn’t sure about the exact measurements just that they were long. He suggested we go with the 16ft boards, saying it’s always better to have more than not enough, which made total sense. He introduced himself (though I didn’t catch his full name), but said, "Just call me Lee—it’s easier to remember." From that moment on, Lee went above and beyond. He found a cart, loaded the lumber for me, and even walked me to the register. He asked if I needed anything else along the way and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Honestly, this was the easiest and most pleasant trip I’ve ever had at Home Depot. I expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but Lee completely changed that. He’s polite, helpful, and just a genuinely charming employee. It’s a shame he works the overnight shift, because I’ve got more projects coming up and would’ve loved his help again. Home Depot is lucky to have him!

Yesterday I went to that store to return and item and I had an awful experience. It started well and when down the rabbit hole. I was by the checkout and a man I believe his name is Walt very nice took my to the return section (mind you I hate some of the staff there because of my previous experience). When we got there they was just looking at us. A lady that helped me before for my credit card application last year asked one of the staff there to help me with my return I can’t remember her name but I believe she’s a supervisor a sweet young woman she helped us so many times when we bought doors for a project. The girl she asked to help me went off on her like crazy very disrespectful and started cursing and yelling at her obviously didn’t wanted to do it, I felt so bad for her you could tell she wasn’t happy but she kept smiling at me and apologized. I was so in shock and the supervisor lady was trying to calm her down and ask her not to do that in front of customers but that girl was just going on and off. She didn’t even interact with me didn’t great or anything. Other staff was just looking at her in disbelief and said nothing I guess they were just as shocked as I was. It was a very disappointing experience and I felt bad for that supervisor I wish I remembered her name because if her staff can talk to her like that just imagine what they do to customers. She had to leave because the girl won’t stop yelling after she tried calming her down multiple times. That’s very disappointing my wife and I spent lots of money at that store for our business and they have great staff but the people at that return section some of them are just crazy. By the way I’m giving a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to that supervisor for keeping her cool and smiling the entire time.

I stopped by Home Depot on 3/25/25 at 1:39 PM to grab a few snacks and checked out using my credit card. The person standing near the checkout, simply observing, was incredibly kind. They told me to have a great day—and honestly, small gestures like that really stick with customers like me. It’s a simple thing, but it shows that you’re not only kind, but that you genuinely enjoy your job. That kind of attitude makes a difference and keeps people coming back. Great experience!

Stunning Orchids & Fantastic Selection at Home Depot! I searched everywhere for the perfect orchid plants—called Lowe’s, checked multiple stores, but no luck. Finally, I called Home Depot, and they confirmed they had plenty in stock. When I arrived, it was like walking into a floral paradise! ✨ Right at the entrance, voilà—a gorgeous display of orchids in every size and color! From adorable mini orchids to elegant double-stemmed and large varieties, the selection was incredible. And the prices? Absolutely unbeatable! I couldn’t be happier with my new orchid babies. If you’re looking for beautiful, affordable orchids, Home Depot is the place to go. Highly recommend! #OrchidLove #HomeDepotFinds #PlantParentJoy

Today, my son wanted to come with me to choose flowers for his group home. He’s in a wheelchair so I needed help shopping. Marco volunteered to push the cart and help us choose outdoor seat cushions and flowers for the garden. Marco was patient with me and I truly appreciated it.

I typically have a fine experience at this Home Depot. However, I recently ordered a storm door and installation services through them. They contract out to RF Installations for this work. I cannot express how unprofessional this company is. Go look at their reviews before agreeing. I honestly wish I just purchased the door and contracted someone myself or installed myself. Now I’m stuck waiting an eternity for them to show up and install, and they don’t pick up the phone/return calls/answer emails. Extremely disappointing. Go to Lowe’s if you need any installation work done.
