Working with Virtue Solar was a total pleasure. They're fully informed on all federal/state/local regulations and do all the legwork of communicating with the power company + the local government for necessary approvals. All of my questions about the plan, from panel characteristics to warranty info, were answered by the time Peter left the house after the one hour initial consultation. In total, it took the four-man crew about two full days of work to install 20 panels plus the box on the back of the house. Now six months after completing the installation, the panels are still working flawlessly and are covering over 100% of our power usage, with some extra juice going back to the grid and making the world a bit better. You can't beat a $0 power bill, and you can't beat Virtue Solar.

Working with Virtue Solar to install our 7.2 kW system was an excellent experience. They offered the lower (price per kW) of the two bids I received and were great about answering my questions and accurately setting my expectations. Their roof inspection also caught an issue that probably saved me a lot of money in the long run! Installation was a breeze, and the team was friendly, quick, and tidy. Highly recommended!

I'm loving the new solar panel array that Virtue Solar installed at our home. The communication from Kim, Peter and Matt was prompt and clear, the whole install crew was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their company handled all the permits, coordinated with the power company (Dominion), and showed us in detail how to operate the system and view output in the app. For anyone considering solar, I'd highly recommend getting a quote from them, we had a great experience!

I enjoyed working with the Virtue Solar team from my initial contact and through the entire installation process. And following installation, they (Peter, Matt and Kim) have responded to my questions just as quickly and thoughtfully as they did during the process. All members are very knowledgeable and able to explain details very well. They kept me informed of the processes and timing as well as scheduling the work needed. I am very happy with the new production and backup system and especially when my grid power goes out! The battery is very quiet, I really don't hear it at all; its performance happens seamlessly when the grid is down. What a relief to sit back and enjoy the day.
