This was literally one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I’m from Michigan and my camper broke down a few miles from the shop. After 2 towing companies told me they couldn’t tow my camper, the owner Mike showed up and had it ready to tow in 15 minutes on his truck. They are also mechanics so this was a one stop shop. Then he spent time calling for the parts I needed while shopping for best pricing, got me a great deal, and bent over backwards to get my camper repaired after multiple issues w shipping companies. The price was more than reasonable for all the hoops that Mike jumped through with this process. If there was a 10 star rating I’d give Mike and his company that. If you need work done on your vehicles or trailers, you WILL NOT be disappointed using Boombas. He even asked me to call him when I got back home so he knew everything was good. Thank you Mike and Boombas!

Mike the owner was great to work with, answered my call fast and was able to get a truck to me within the hour with a great driver! They were able to get my car off the side of the road, great people and great prices!

never ever ever stay close to this place. this guy yelling as crazy. demanding money. no polite, prices from the sky.

It’s says 24hs, but it is not. I kept calling because I was 6min away from Boomba’s, and I needed to get my EV vehicle to a charging station, which was 14min away. Anyhow, Mike, the guy that I was told to talk to was super rude, saying: "if I am not picking up, we are out of service." So how come are you advertising that you’re open 24hs a day? Please, have a little bit more of emotional management and DON’T EVER treat your customers with such disrespect. He hung up the phone on my face for so little. So sad.

Excellent, professional and fast service. We waited. literally hours, for our roadside service to provide assistance towing our truck and horse trailer. One call to Boomba's Towing and they arrived within a half hour and helped make arrangements for our horse trailer and horses while our truck was being worked on. I cannot say enough about how helpful and pleasant they made the experience after the frustration of waiting for our roadside service to assist. I highly recommend Boomba's. I actually saved their number in my phone in the event I or any one of my friends need service in the future.

Best in the area for mulch, loam, stone! Very reasonable on prices!
