I hired Sure Seal of NE from a strong recommendation of another excellent local business (Advanced Energy Concepts-Auburn MA) and placed a call to the owner, Francis "Fran" LaPlante. From the first conversation to completion of the project I have been very satisfied with each part of the job. Fran understood my budget and provided several options to consider and the pros and cons of each. Fran and his team showed up on time, were polite, efficient , thorough and clean. For such a sticky and potentially messy material he left my entire house cleaner than when he left. After completing the spraying he went room to room even checking the closets to make sure he didn't leave any stray foam. After inspecting the finished project I was impressed at how uniformed and air tight my attic now was. The owner, Francis LaPlante has a vast amount of experience in the industry, 26 years to be exact, and his worksmenship quality show his amazing talent. Francis was on time and to say he is thorough doesn’t even begin to describe how methodical he is. I recently had sure seal insulate my daughter house. Fran was great to deal with, unbelievably professional. Did everything he said he would do and then some. Went way above and beyond knows the definition of customer service. The installation was nice neat and clean, perfect. Left the house spotless.

Fran and his team at Sure Seal did an incredible job sealing up our basement during an ongoing renovation. They are professional, knowledgable, flexible with their timing, took all of our requests seriously, and showed up and got the job done perfectly. The roof of my home was insulated by Sure Seal of NE which was recommended to me by my realtor. I could not have made a better choice. Fran came to look at my house and was very professional he pointed several things to me, some having nothing to do with the job. He communicated with me about everything we even had to change the date which he let me know right away. Joe and Matt who did the job did fantastic work and were polite and professional. When I came back the next day the place was spotless. Fran also checked in with me to make sure everything was done to my expectations.... it was. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Sure Seal of NE again.
