Levi!! What an awesome guy!! I came in, needing seat covers, I've had a stroke, I'm a single woman, no family here, explained my situation to Levi, who, came out to my vehicle and put the seat covers on for me while maintaining the store at the same time!! I highly recommend this store to everyone! I will never go to another auto place again, other than, advance Auto parts on brainerd Rd for all my needs!! So thankful!! He deserves a raise!! I needed an auto battery changed in a Promaster Van; located under driver's feet instead of in the engine bay Autozone told me they wouldn't touch it. I went over to Advance and the General Manager Shawn went way out of his way to fix it, explain it, and the entire time he was changing my battery he was making sure other customers got taken care of as well (but while somehow not delaying me at all). Incredible service.

I just wanna start off with the GM of the store, "Shawn" was the biggest help I could ever get. My car overheated and I was unable to drive my car so I pulled up to advance auto parts and I asked Shawn if he could help. Shawn stayed outside in the blazing sun for over an hour helping me get my coolant hose out. I give this store 5 ⭐️. Shawn I just wanna give you a huge thank you for everything you’re the man! If you guys ever need help with any type of car part Shawn is the man you should go to without a doubt. Thank you again Shawn!

Walked in and was greeted by Shawn , he was very knowledgeable of the product I was looking to purchase. Shawn was able to point me in the right direction for the best shocks for my truck . While running a business I’m constantly working in different areas of town , I will definitely use this location for all my auto part needs
