All My Sons Moving & Storage

*^^*^^Update********I attempted to do what Marie stated in her response and again was stonewalled by the guy "Ace" who states that I have a balance on my account still and they will not process our claim until the balance is paid. We have a statement showing a zero balance and we were never contacted by the company to pay any additional fees for the move. When asked to speak to someone to help resolve this matter and get our claims processed they stated not until you pay your balance. This is a horrible company that takes no responsibility for their actions or those of their employees and it is sick and disgusting. We used All My Sons Moving and Storage Chattanooga to move us to Nashville and if we could give a zero star rating we would. They showed up over and hour and a half late to start. After they showed up they decided that they were going to change the fees for the move and we had to fight with them over that. There were four guys there and half the time there was only two of the four working. They were not careful with our belongings at all. What should have taken at most three hours to load the truck took them over four hours. Then it took them over six hours to get from Chattanooga to Nashville which is crazy in of itself. We thought at one point they stole all our belongings. Then when they got to our new place they worked out how long it would take and we paid for the services prior to completion. Again half the time there were two guys standing around doing nothing. They went through our belongings. They broke every piece of furniture that we had. They crushed boxes that were clearly marked fragile. Breaking irreplaceable items. My boyfriend was moving more than these people did and it took them more time then then I can even imagine it should have taken due to the fact that they weren’t interested in doing the job. They also went through our belongings and took things. My boyfriend caught them attempting to take tools that were moved by them. I have spoken to the people at the corporate office for them and they told me to file a claim for all the broken furniture and items. This move took place on August 6 and we filed the claim within two weeks of the move and I have called multiple times to ask what the status of the claim is and have been told that until I pay my bill they will not process the claim although I have a receipt showing I have a zero balance. This company we’ll not acknowledge the fact that I have paid nor will they process the claim for all the broken items. We had moved to Chattanooga using another company and they packed and moved us and it took less time then this move did and we packed everything. I will never use this company and will tell everyone how horribly they respond to their customers.

I would greatly recommend All My Sons moving company in Chattanooga. From start to finish they were excellent and very professional. They were on time and finished earlier than usual. I will definitely use them again for any future moves. P.S the guys who were booked for my move were the best ever!!!

Walter, Tyler & Jay were outstanding! They were so nice, careful and kind. And trustworthy!!! It was the best game of POD storage Tetris I’ve ever seen! They were the best! I’m so glad All My Sons sent them! Thanks guys!!!

Walter, Ethan, and Bryce did an awesome job on our move!!!! Handled all our belongings with care. They were professional and efficient. Great time management, followed directions well, and made a usually stressful situation, a very smooth and calm experience for us. Couldn't have asked for better service. We had a house full of heavy, and kind of bulky, awkward furniture to move, lots of heavy boxes, as well as stairs from our previous location to our new home as well. They've definitely done this before! Again, the quickest, safest, and most stress-free move we've ever had. Contact All My Sons for your next move. Highly recommend.

This company charged me double for the service. I was charged for 3 more hours than the time that the movers actually worked and the "general manager", Logan was very patronizing and rude when I pointed this out. The moving guys worked 3 hours from arrival to fully loading and one more hour was added for travel, so I should have only had to pay for 4 hours, but they charged me for 7. They refused to give me a receipt or a confirmation of payment once I paid this exorbitant amount so that they would unload my furniture at its destination. This company is definitely not to be trusted. If you care about the price you pay for your move and if you desire a receipt for services rendered, avoid this company like the plague!!!!!!

Super nice, fast & efficient. I have complete trust in our moving crew! And, AMS is so much more reasonably priced than other moving services. We will definitely use AMS if we move again.

Started off a bit wrong. I was called and told they would be late due to mechanical issues with their truck. About 1 hr 15 mins late. When they showed up the crew of 3 were great. They stayed steady and cared for our belongings. I hired just labor only to load my 26’ rental truck. Had it fully loaded in about 3.5 hours. I was highly surprised by the $189 charged for travel from Chattanooga, that comes out to about $6 a mile. That was not disclosed when I booked the crew. So ended up costing us extra. I’m a handicapped veteran and senior citizen so I didn’t have much of a choice as we were unable to do the work for ourselves.
