Bass Pro Shops

My family recently went for Santa’s pictures and it was great! Staff was very friendly and the pictures turned out wonderful. I took my 7 month old and was very disappointed to find there are no changing tables! None in the family bathroom or women’s… I ended having to leave the store with my baby in a dirty diaper.

Had a fun Christmas evening at the store. All 6 of us went in with money to spend on someone else and some to spend on ourself. It was fun walking around the store to find our goods. We had so many things to choose from. The staff, while busy during the holiday season was extremely helpful! The restrooms were clean and it’s a got pretty awesome things to look at decorating the store! It was a great evening! The best part was we got to sit in the "great room" at the entrance of the store and share what we got each other. The fireplace is amazing and the chandelier is gorgeous! What a fun store to do this activity!!

As soon as we walked in the door we were in awe with the entry way and Will Walker took notice. He offered to take our picture and even did different angles and depths! So sweet. Then when we were shopping for works boots Kristen in footwear had sooooo much information on brands and discounts. She was so helpful and helped us pick out the perfect work boot.

LEMON PIE- Conflict resolution specialist…. Tressa is amazing. Have had multiple problems with a specific item, NOT BP, but a brand carried by BP. Have always had great luck with the brand over 20+ years of using but, 3 different pair from the same manufacturer, not so, to be that unlucky. I honestly went in to get a refund and was feeling furious about the product’s past failures. The young lady, Tressa, sensing my disdain, engaged me very calmly and very tactful. Within 60 seconds of her smiling and being so kind, I was diffused. As she is expected to do, I’m sure. I just think she is that kind of person. Being that she had also handled one of my other exchanges, she showed empathy, which is unusual in today’s times. Very well mannered and professional team member. BP needs more Tressa’s… She made lemon pie out of lemons, so to speak. Thank you Tressa…!!

We had just picked up a new to us boat and had an 11 hour trip ahead of us. Checked the tire pressure and luggage nuts pre long trip and noticed the plastic wheel bearing caps were broken. Called this Bass Pro and they had new metal ones in stock. As we were replacing them, not only did 2 employees come over chatting with us (and helped reassure us this was both a good bost and great purchase), we then had the pleasure of meeting Tristan. He was moving a small ATV type vehicle into the shop when my husband started into the shop to see about possibly borrowing a larger wrench. Tristan saw the struggle, but didn't know what the issue was. He came over to offer rags (assuming hands were grease covered). When we mentioned needing a larger wrench, he happily offered one of his. He also talked with us about the boat and how good they are in general as well as how in that area he'd worked on 2 of this exact kind and if it was either of them, they'd been well maintained and had no issues. This guy didn't make a penny off of us. We didn't buy the boat from him. But his kindness and helpfulness went above and beyond. Our world needs more people like this in it who just want to be kind/help. Period. Not only if it's their job or if they get something for it. Tristan, I hope you're praised for your positive outlook on life and willingness to help!

Super cool entry way with lots of animals and a roaring fire. Just a cozy place to hangout. Not to mention every kind of sporting good you could ever want. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and it's not a bad place to take little kids on a rainy day
