I purchased a 41 mm Submariner...After putting my order in it did take almost 2 years to finally recieve my piece. Thats no fault of my Finks representative Holly!!! She was amazing when it came to communicating with me. I never felt like she forgot about me. Very smooth and professional experience! I look forward to my next purchase with Holly! What a nice store! Stopped in because we were in town for a concert just to look. Was greeted by Luis as soon as we walked in. Was offered drinks and snacks while we were browsing. Everyone made us feel at home. Picked up a little something for myself then met the store manager Anthony to discuss some watch options. He showed me some and one that was incredible. I did not expect to get a call the next day! I’m looking forward to the next purchase and being a Finks client for many years to come.

He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered every question we had thoroughly, and was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands and styles they carry. What stood out most was how patient and professional he was. He let us try on multiple watches without ever making us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He explained the details, differences, and features in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped us narrow down what we liked best. On top of that, Luis was genuinely friendly and personable, which made the entire experience enjoyable instead of overwhelming. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels this attentive and sincere. We left with a lot more clarity about what we want and will definitely be back when it’s time to purchase. Finks was the absolute best experience! I took my wedding bands to be redipped in Rose Gold, they made me feel really safe leaving my precious rings with them. They were just a pleasure! I just couldn’t be happier with the results!
