Hawthorne at the W

Hawthorne at the W is hands down THE BEST place to live in Chattanooga! We have lived in a large 2 bed corner unit since 2020. The apartment is beautiful and has a lot of gorgeous windows and light where our houseplants thrive! There is nothing "builder grade", everything thing is top notch and wonderful large closets, lots of storage. We recently transferred into a one bedroom on the same floor and this apartment is also still very roomy, great windows and beautiful porch overlooking the courtyard with beautiful water features and nice cafe tables to sit and talk with a friend. The entire property is beautiful with many places to eat outside at a picnic table, there are lots of grills (never have to wait or worry they’ll be occupied) to cook-out. The property is so well maintained and great for dogs. They really do a great job treating the entire property for fleas which makes this a premier apartment community for people with pets. You will see lots of nature; owls, deer, bunnies, hummingbirds….. Last but not least, the staff here is remarkable! Our move was so smooth and easy thanks to all of them. The activities and food trucks the staff coordinate with an awesome monthly newsletter are excellent! Haleydawn, Bethany and Dean will help you in a moments notice for anything you may need. I am thankful and blessed to call Hawthorne at the W home!

I just want to say that my tour with Haleydawn was perfect! I'm the type of person to prepare a million and one questions for tours, but she answered nearly every one before I could ask them. Her familiarity with the property shows, as I could vividly imagine a life at Hawthorne as we walked through the property and she described the amenities, community events, and more. I could also tell how nice the relationship is between residents and those in the leasing office, as we passed a few people and every exchange was authentically courteous. Out of all the tours I did, I felt the most welcomed here at Hawthorne. And as a person of color, that is huge. I decided not to go with Hawthorne at the W after much deliberation, but I still wanted to take time to write a review about my tour experience. This was completely at-will, not by request of anyone at the leasing office.

Wonderful apartment complex, stayed here when I originally moved to Chattanooga when I first moved to town. All of the office staff were extremely professional and kind. The parties the staff hosts were amazing! Bingo and drinks were so fun! They also have food trucks A LOT which was awesome when you want door dashed food but don't wanna pay extra! I felt incredibly safe here and for future families considering here, that's huge! 10/5!

Excellent staff! Maintenance & service techs stay on top of everything! Property managers care about the residents & go out of their way to help with everything! Amenities are top notch! Residents are friendly, courteous & respectful of others! Scott & Diane… heading in to year 3

I moved here last November.from the first time I walked into the office I was greeted by HaleyDawn who immediately made me feel at home and went out of her way to help me move in immediately. I arrived with my cats from escaping the hurricane damage in Florida and had rent an apartment site unseen.A complete disaster, I wouldn’t even let my cats live there. I was desperate. Haley Dawn was amazing, she worked feverishly to get me moved in within 24 hours. Everyone and everything about this community is top notch. I love The Hawthorne at the W.

We had the opportunity to work with Haleydawn recently when applying for Hawthorne at the W and she was such a pleasure, along with the rest of the office staff! The property is beautiful and very well kept! We are so excited to spend this next year here and enjoy all the fun amenities and community events they have! 🙂 Definitely recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and safe atmosphere. Nice amenities. I’ve loved living here. Bethany , Haley Dawn, Dean and Robert are always there to help with any issues that may arise .
