I called for a pick up of household goods that were bagged up. I had covered an entire room in very full black garbage bags along with 3 mattress sets. The crew was on time looked it over and gave me an estimate of the maximum amount it would be. They removed all the bags and the mattresses and were done in about 2 hours. Very courteous and professional. Jacob and Ty were wonderful. I will definitely be calling again when I get the rest of the stuff cleaned out. The photo is the after picture. I didn’t think to take a before but that room was 3 feet deep in bags over the whole floor.

Called and they came next day, I wasn’t quite prepared for the morning appointment I booked and they worked with me to come later. All my items were moved and loaded safely by respectful young men. They left no trace. Good pricing would recommend!!!

I’m the Property Manager of Signal Mountain Self Storage and these guys are my preferred and only junk vendor. No matter which set of guys come out they are always so professional and easy to work with. They don’t over charge and they get in and out quickly. They hauled off a large load for my this morning for less than $200. Highly recommend them if you need a trustworthy, fasts efficient junk haul off service. Great employees to work with!!! Scheduling Online: Easy Breezy. Pricing: Extremely fair & competitive.. if not better than most! In regards to the gentlemen who were actually dispatched for the removal service..Communication 10/10, Promptness: 10/10, Customer Service: 10/10. Our removal was a tad difficult due to a few logistics (none of their fault) and they worked out all sorts of scenarios on how best get the job done. Job was done brilliantly! The service was all you could ask for. Thank you for your assistance, kindness, and patience with this job (especially considering it was cold and raining).
