My online pick up order was having an issue so I had to come inside and Christy was so helpful and so kind. She kept asking if I needed help but I had it taken care of and it's raining so I don't want to have any of them go outside during their shift and get wet I know how that feels working customer service myself but she was amazing and I bought a haunted mansion item as well and she assisted me with that she was just amazing and even though this Lowe's is out of my way like 20 minutes out of my way I'm so glad I came to this one and had an interaction with her she was so great!

This review is in regards to the garden center, and that's it You see, that's as far as I made it Spring is in the air, and I need plants. It's not a bad selection of plants. I would have liked to have seen more varieties of hanging baskets. Want to know what would be fabulous? If they would have labeled which plants attracted bees I didn't get her name, but the lady who checked me out was wonderful, I'd give her a 10 out of 10 in customer service. I'll do better with photos next time, I was toooooo busy

I like this place a lot I shop here often in fact. I do typically like the customer service although it was a lot better when Tina was the general manager. I do like how this place is typically clean and clearance events are often quit good. Lots of good battery operated tools they offer now. The only reason that I’m leaving a four star review and not a five is I used the restroom today and noticed an employee than popped out of the stall and went right back to work without washing his hands, that’s groooody. I was going to mention the man’s name but I’m choosing not to. If management cares they would go through photos that I’m leaving and figure it out.

I have never seen such sorry service as Lowe’s has given to my brother. I took him to Lowe’s on Gunbarrel to purchase new appliances. He is disabled and cannot connect everything. He purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The sales lady was great. She checked to make sure everything was available and it was. Everything was scheduled for installation the following week. Lowe’s kept changing the delivery date. He got the dishwasher & they installed it. Friday they delivered the washer and dryer but wouldn’t install it. He still hasn’t received the refrigerator. He bought and paid for everything the first week of the month. I wouldn’t advise anyone to ever buy from Lowe’s.

Recently ran into an issue with an online ordered I placed. I was told to reach out to the Roomba manufacturer for help, who then referred me back to Lowe’s. After sitting in limbo for a few weeks I was finally about to get ahold of Shelly in customer service who went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. She was compassionate and quick to help reach a resolution. The ASM, Ken, was also very helpful in my endeavors and I just wanted to give them a shout out because good customer attention is hard to come by these days and they made all transactions effortless.

Warning! Flock license plate readers installed at all Lowe's stores. These cameras are very sophisticated and go far beyond petty theft and nailing naughty criminals. It sounds noble/also crazy, but these cams enable monitoring of your public movements for monetization/ads/along with anything they could dream of beyond what the book 1984 warned us about. Do your research, would you patronize a store that connects your movements to national Orwellian data networks? I wouldn't...

Bought a stove. The first time they delivered the wrong stove. Second time they broke the stove in the drive way. Took away our stove and told us they would deliver the right stove in the next 24 hrs. The next day customer service calls to ask if we want to just cancel our order! Customer service was a nightmare. Rude and unprofessional. Now have to wait 10 days for refund and reorder another stove. They refused to bring back our stove! This has been the worst experience with any purchase we ever made. Will never buy anything else from Lowe's again. Here are some responses from employees at Lowe’s on Reddit. That’s just how customer service was on the phone. No one cares. Rude remarks, got hung up on at least 5 times. Went ahead and ordered from Best Buy and the price was cheaper.
