Lived here for a year and if you’re considering living here, don’t. Everything was good there until it wasn’t. Great pools, OKAY at best units (outdated), leasing agents were nice. Here’s the kicker. Beginning of January my car was broken into and nothing was done about it other then an Insensitive email telling us to not leave your belongings in the car. Wow i surely didn’t think of that?? No cameras and it looks like they still have no cameras. You would think they would add some considering how much crime that happens especially since it was me and 6 other cars broken into. Also walked out to my car multiple times with USED condoms next to my car just thrown next to my car. DISGUSTING.

Another five star review for this property, and in particular, the leasing agent Kayla Martin! She gave me such a great tour, provided information about virtually every feature/amenity the complex offers, and was a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend her services enough! Great job to Kayla and the entire MAA Hamilton team for making future residents feel at home.

Marissa and Dustin have been amazing!! Marissa was so sweet throughout the whole move in process and Dustin even helped me clean out my car himself while I was parked by the dumpster before a road trip. Thank you guys so much!

Kyle and Leonardo always come if I have any maintenance needs. Very clear and communicative. No matter what time of day I know the maintenence team is there to protect my home. The property is phenomenal and management is very easy to get ahold of and transparent. I don't normally leave reviews tbh but you guys have been great and deserve the recognition

THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!! Do not be fooled by the amenities or the landscaping. THIS IS NOT A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. The units are run down, outdated, and constantly require maintenance. BUGS, MOLD, LEAKS, THEFT, you name it. I’ve personally have had experiences with all and getting a proper solution is unlikely. The quality of work maintenance provides is low. It’s likely that any services performed will either be left unfinished or require a follow up service. Luckily, there is a hotline for emergency maintenance requests. However, they don’t always get submitted properly and you often have to wait overnight and call the local office in the morning. The more you complain about your problems, the less serious they take you. MAA COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF LIVING THEY ARE PROVIDING TO THEIR CONSUMERS. I eagerly look forward to the day my lease is over. Please, if you consider touring, closely inspect the unit. (Photos: damage to my ignition after attempted theft in February 2024 & a bullet hole, courtesy of my neighbors, which is only a few feet from my patio & bedroom later that same year. UPDATE: Proof that vehicles are still being broken into, the management is aware, and that the community still doesn’t have security cameras) — No one was held responsible in any case.

Da’Nairria was Great! Personality was very Bright & Positive. She answered any questions that I had gladly and made it a priority for me to feel confident in my choice of finding a new Apartment.
