Had a wonderful experience with Joel! He’s one of the best in his business for sure! Knows a bunch about Apple products and is passionate about helping others with their issues! Fixed my iPhone 16 pro max in just an hour with a replacement inquiry that I truly didn’t know was fixable! He made it happen, was quick, efficient, and well worth the experience! Joel truly does not disappoint. I’ve had two repairs done with him, and both experiences have been nothing short of excellent. He’s thorough, informative, and efficient. Joel genuinely cares….not just about the repair itself, but about his customers. He understood and respected my situation right away, offered help and knowledge, and had everything taken care of and fixed in no time. God has really anointed Joel in his craft. I am so happy that Mobile Kangaroo was recommended to me by Apple. I first took my iMac desktop to Best Buy for repair and they couldn’t fix it; they wanted to ship it to Apple. This was after having my computer for two whole weeks. Instead I took it to Joel at Mobile Kangaroo and he fixed it on the spot while I waited! He is so knowledgeable & capable! Since we don’t have an Apple Store in the Chattanooga area, this place is every bit as good.

He helped me for free even though Apple Support froze my phone and sent me to him. I have 2 Apple 13 phones, but one I ordered on the phone and the other I bought in the TMOBILE Store because the salesman told me it was better to buy it from him. Turns out I don’t have Apple insurance on the phone I bought in the store, but I do have Apple insurance on the IPhone 13 I bought on the phone that was shipped directly to my home. The salesman didn’t tell me their insurance wasn’t Apple which is so much better. Joel was so helpful and nicer. Very accommodating and most repairs you send me to Best Buy with Geek Squad, but should be sent to mobileKangaroo.

Joel at the Chattanooga office is amazing. Killer customer service and he knows everything about everything. He helped me navigate my phone setup, and showed me problems with my carrier provided insurance. He showed me ways to get better coverage through apple (which I thought I had. But I didn’t!) and he saved me from a possible disaster if anything happened to my phone moving forward. The spot is so easy to get to, and saved me from having to go to Hamilton Place. Best experience ever. Thanks!

Joel is amazing at what he does he definitely knows what he is doing very knowledgeable I thought my antenna in my phone was broken but turns out it was a vpn problem he fixed it with in seconds !!!! Highly recommend

Joel made sure that my problem was resolved with my iPhone, which had all kinds of problems with it. If you will give him an opportunity to figure out what’s going on with your phone without interrupting his thought process, and present one issue at a time, you will get better results. Keep working with him on what’s going on with your phone! The persistence paid off for me! I left the phone and came back while it was syncing, and he kept in touch to let me know what was going on with the phone. If you leave, you will need to sign a standard waiver in regards to your phone. He is my new Apple guy. I was pleased with the service and would confidently recommend him because he sincerely wanted to fix my phone. I also have a Samsung phone, and I asked him to help me make the fonts larger. He helped me with this, and didn’t have to. The business is conveniently located in the Eastgate Town Center Mail, Entrance D.
