Lots of parts, people-friendly Great service knowledgeable on cars and trucks
Broke down and hobbled our truck into the parking lot and got the part we needed and they even let us borrow a wrench that we didn't have
Due to a mistake I made there was a mixup on some brake rotors i had ordered. The man behind the counter went above and beyond to turn my bad day into a great day. I am now a loyal future customer of the Napa store on 23rd street.
I was able to buy 3 gallons of aluminum brightener and the salesperson made sure to give me the 3 gallons in a box and also gave me a discount of 20% for buying 3 gallons. The manager and staff was more than friendly. They did not have a public restroom, however they had no problems allowing me using their employee restroom.
Wonderful experience! I was in a new area with a dead battery, got a jump start and recommendation for this NAPA from a local. When I got there the associate pulled my battery and installed a new one in no time! He was super polite and helpful and got me back on the road
I drove across town to get a part that I needed. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. I was in and out in a flash. Good price and quality part. I would recommend this location of Napa to anyone in need of automotive parts.
Couldn’t find a part for my dodge anywhere untill we called them and they were one of the only places around able to order my ac compressor
