Publix Super Market at Mount Vernon Point

This publix is well stocked with good discounts on pantry items. Deli The Deli inside this only prioritizes those who are present in line to place the order, online orders are all tertiary priority, took over an hour to get two separate half sandwiches done which by the way were already paid in advance for via app but shortage of staff & their lack of priority to prepaid orders was imminent in the long standing queues. Too many food handlers taking over turns to complete one sandwich, someone accidentally added jalapeño in mine to realize it wasn't requested in the made to custom print out as a result it was again taken off to replace with other requested veges, sandwiches were cold & unappealing, they also forgot to include the dressing pouches as per order The online app only showed two types of bread whereas in counter they had more choices to select from

I do instacart at this store a lot and every single time I have an order that contains deli meat…it always says it’s ready at the pick up counter and it never is. Every time I have to ask and they haven’t even cut it yet. It’s really ridiculous. It’s not like it’s once in a while, it’s all the time. Most of the time when I ask whoever is working at the deli counter, they’re rude and give me an attitude. Tonight the lady was at least apologetic. It’s just frustrating that it always says it’s ready, but it’s never even cut yet. Tonight it caused me to go past my time limit for shopping. Not to mention the lady cutting the deli meat just told me they were out of one of the meat that was ordered. Even though it already said it was ready.

It's a small unit but with a pretty awesome selection. The cleanliness, the lighted up spacious aisles are a Public's standards.

Very clean store. Looks brand new.

It was a great place to shop and the publix was very well maintained and the location was great. We visited from Nashville and we stopped for a quick pickup and we found everything we were looking for.
