At one point, Publix was not even considering being in the area of Chattanooga, I’m certainly glad I did decide to move here. Really what else can you ask for in a grocery store? Friendly service very clean establishment plenty of fresh fruit and a great meat deli selection. They do have lots of great fresh, baked breads, and meat and deli. I wish more people would buy select fish and steaks from this store so they would carry a little more of a selection.

Absolutely love this Publix! It's the best one in Tennessee, yes I've been to them all. Eric and Nik in the deli were so kind and they made my friend and I the best subs. Great atmosphere and no one seemed miserable everyone seemed to work as a team! 10/10 No pictures because we inhaled our perfectly made subs.

Clean, well organized store! We come here often. ***Check your sub for accuracy if you order online*** Their sub making area is so busy and they don't pay attention to detail (ex: today I ordered a Boar's Head Ultimate and got ham only...asked for spicy mustard and got honey mustard.) My co-worker also ordered online and hers was incorrect, as well.

I went to Publix on market street last night. I had a injury and could barely walk. Two customers who were visiting the store helped me by getting the riding buggy. I'm a African American woman they were Caucasian it didn't matter to them they immediately helped me. Then some wonderful a workers helped out. From the pharmacy until I left everyone was so nice and I really thank you because I was so down and didn't have anyone to get my medicine for me. Thanks again. God bless

Don't make the same mistake I made! The carrot cake in the bakery is good but it is gooped with a ton of cheese cake icing. Might take you a minute to dig off the icing and get one bite of cheese cake. Too much icing no carrot cake! A big avoid.

My sister and I rented a Rug Doctor and this was the condition it was in. We had to put this in the back of her car. This was actually the second one we had today because the first did not work. When we returned the first to exchange it, employees did not ask what was wrong with it. It looked to us as though they just stuck it back on the shelf for someone else to use… Employees had no answers to our questions about the product either. I understand this is a small part of the business but this is just nasty! 2 stars instead of 1 because the employees are not at fault for lack of training.
