Reserve at Creekside in Chattanooga

I want to give a big thank you to Jason, the Maintenance Manager at Reserve at Creekside. He has been incredibly responsive, professional, and dedicated to making sure the community runs smoothly. Anytime I’ve had a request, Jason has addressed it quickly and with a positive attitude. He goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and taken care of, and it really shows in the quality of his work. Not only does he get things done efficiently, but he also takes the time to explain what’s going on and makes sure everything is resolved the right way. His friendly personality and commitment to excellent service make a huge difference in the community. Jason truly cares about the residents, and it’s clear that he takes pride in his work. The Reserve at Creekside is lucky to have him managing maintenance, and I’m very grateful for everything he does!

The apartment is run by new management. The office staff are very respectful and nice. The grounds are looking a lot better. The remodeling that is being done looks amazing! The maintenance staff are courteous and respectful. They get the job done as quickly and accurately as possible. The management stays involved with the community as much as they can. They show they care and want to make things as comfortable and nice as possible. I am glad they are here and how well things are going! The new apartments look amazing! I love it!

The staff here is AMAZING! Everyone is very nice, very respectful, very well mannered which is HIGHLY appreciated! I wanted to give a special thanks to Mrs. Stephanie, thank you for actually listening to my concerns when it comes to my HOME. Thank you also for the maintenance crew! Any problems I need fixed, Mr. Jason has came in here and also Mr. Steven with NO PROBLEMS, NO ATTITUDE. They are so respectful and PATIENT, and we just would like to say thank you the friendly and speedy service that you provide!

Reserve at creek side is somewhere you can call home. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and everyone is so friendly!! We have access to all amenities and we use them quite often. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony, and laundry room are extremely spacious and the closets are amazing plus you have extra storage outside as well. The leasing office and maintenance are very considerate and helpful, one call that’s all. I love this place times 10!!

This is somewhere you can call home, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe and everyone is so friendly!! Me and my family have access to all of the amenities. The living spaces are extremely spacious and the closets are amazing plus you have extra storage outside as well. The leasing office and maintenance are very helpful and when you call they come with no problem at all. They are definitely 10/10 recommend!!

This property and the staff exceeded my expectations. Of course with moving into apartment complexes everyone has some type of horror story, but living here has been great. The entire process from the initial tour all the way to move in day was extremely smooth. Chance was a great help and answered any and all questions I had along the way. I’ve been here for about a month and it’s been a great experience so far.

Really enjoy living here - great location, units are a nice size, and the porch is one of my favorite features! They are quick to respond to maintenance issues and the front office employees are friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer is included which is a HUGE bonus.
